Love it! Not so good as an eye shadow because it doesn’t really stay on my lids, but I use this on my scalp as I am thinning. Anyone looking to cover your scalp, this works wonders and looks as if I have lots of hair. Better than the hair fibers

Damaged, messy product
The container arrived intact, but the powder fell to the floor in chips, staining everything it came in contact with from the carpet to my dresser. I had to work long and hard to remove the stains with soapy water. What is this product made of that it could inflict so much damage? I certainly would not want to put it on my face.

Soft and Smooth Eyeshadow
I’ve used it for many years now, the color is no longer available at stores, glad I was able to find it on Amazon. This eyeshadow blends beautifully, it doesn’t crease or flakes. For best look, a primer and setting spray helps.

A staple
I have been using Noir Cest Noir for years. The eyeshadow itself is a staple in my makeup kit – there is no glitter or shimmer, just a very simple matte gray/black. Sheer and very buildable. I use it mostly to emphasize my eyeliner for a smokier eye. However, I would not buy this on Amazon. Mine arrived absolutely shattered and the rest of my package was stained with black eyeshadow. I should have read the reviews. The eyeshadow itself is a forever product.

If you hate liquid eyeliner like me … Get it!
Iâve been using eyeliner for years and I know that one day youâll randomly suck at eyeliner and need to spend forever cleaning up your lines or doing the eye all over again. Liquid is messy, pens can bleed, pencil needs to be sharpened, etc. eventually I got fed up with the perfect eyeliner ordeal all together and decided to take the French look up (smudgy, embracing imperfection, chic) and I never looked back. Taking an angled eyeliner brush, I pat some of this shadow on my lash line and Iâm out of the door. It lasts just as long and if it does fade, it does it gracefully â and I have watery eyes!

Iâve ordered this product four times#1 Arrived in good condition and I approve of the product.#2 Arrived broken, in pieces. Assumed that this was a one time incident so I orderedâ¦#3 Arrived in good condition but all too soon the hinge on the top broke.#4 Arrived in the same condition as #2 and hinge broke the instant I opened it.#5 will never happen. The two that arrived whole were fine for use but my routine doesnât involve dipping a brush in powder.

Inside eyeshadow broken up
The outside package was slightly torn, and when I opened the case, the inside eyeshadow was all broken up and little powdery pieces, I got it all over my hands. I didnât realize this was a nonrefundable item either.
