1:1 CC Town & Countryâ impressive is an understatement.
Clive Christian Town & Country was one of my favorite fragrances. It smelled so elegant, that I thought thereâs surely no clone out there that can match it. Itâs expensive: $250/50ml, iirc. So I would save it for special occasions.Then I heard about Emeer. Itâs identical. Only it smells better, projects better, and it is a fraction of the price. It lasts all day too. I have been asked if I reapplied at work, when I didnât. I may sell my bottle of Town & Country at this point. Emeer blends Sandalwood, Cardamom, Cedarwood perfectly with Clary Sage, Juniper Berries, and citrusy fresh bergamot and lemon. Itâs reminiscent of what one would imagine the breeze on an idyllic, sunny day in the countryside smells like. Aromatic, airy, upliftingâ this versatile fragrance can be worn year round. An excellent candidate for an inoffensive daily wear. Unique, yet safe. Lattafa, youâve blown me away with this one.

From packaging, beautiful bottle and most importantly scent is citrusy and spicy, smells yummy. I can’t believe the cost of this product. Smells a lot more expensive.

Great longevity
This opens fresh green and spicy, and transitions to a warm spicy fragrance, the dry down last for 8-10 hours on skin, maybe more, on clothes it can last for days, (had it on a shirt in my closet I could smell it in the air 10 days later)Top notes are Lemon, Bergamot, Clary Sage and Juniper Berries; middle notes are White Tea, Sandalwood, Cardamom and Olibanum; base notes are Ambergris, Cedarwood, Patchouli and Cashmeran.This is a long lasting fragrance, but like some other middle eastern fragrances, you sometimes need to let the bottle maturate a few weeks, you do this by using it a couple times or spraying 10 times or so, then letting sit for a couple weeks or so in a dark place. my bottle did not need this but have read comments by others in forums that it helped with their bottles.One more thing, one of the notes is Ambergris, this can trigger anosmia (nose blindness) which means if you spray too much or close enough where you smell too much, you will stop smelling it. so don’t think it’s weak, this perfume is bordering on beast mode. if you stop smelling it after a couple hours, next time spray on your sides around your waist, or behind your neck, spray less and do not directly sniff up close. (Ambroxan and Saffron are other notes that can trigger anosmia just so you know).

The packaging and cologne is quality. The scent is musky and it has a citrus vibe as well. Longevity is about 4 to 6 hours. Oh the scent can be very strong when first sprayed give it time to melt down. Definitely worth the price.
