They smooth, hydrate and depuff my under eye area very well. Patches are moist and cool and feel nice on the skin. Size and shape contours to the under eye area very well. Simultaneously targets crows feet. Slides a tiny bit at first but then stay in place comfortably as the serum begins to absorb. 24k refers to the color of the product not the ingredients. Comes with a flat plastic pair of tongs/tweezers to pick up patches from the container. However, they are awkward to use and I find clean fingers work much better. Wide mouth jar with well fitting lid keeps remaining patches from drying out. Recommended use is 2x per week giving a 2 month supply. These do cost a little more than other brands that I’ve tried and give similar results.
