Dose not cover grey hairs

My wife tried out this Instant Dark Brown Hair Dye Shampoo. It came in a large 500ml bottle with a pump, which was nice because it made it easy to use, unlike some dyes. One thing she really liked is that it didn’t have any ammonia, aluminum, or parabens in it, since she has been trying to use more natural hair products. Using it was pretty straightforward. She lathered the shampoo into her hand, starting at the roots where most of her grays are. It worked up into a nice foam, and after covering all her hair, she left it on for about 20 minutes before rinsing it out. It did a decent job of covering her grays, although they didn’t quite match the rest of her hair color. They ended up being a shade lighter, which actually worked out well because it gave her hair a bit of a highlight effect. She liked how easy it was to use and that it covered the grays, even if the color wasn’t a perfect match.

Not for dark brown or black hair that has gone gray!
This is a good product for gray coverage, and it’s easy to use. Lasts pretty long as well, so that if you need a touch up in between and don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars at the salon, this will save you! I gave it a 3 because for my hair which is dark-brown to black the color match didn’t work for me. It said Dark -brown on the bottle, but it ended up making my whites look more brown-ish yellow color (almost like putting henna in white hair and getting an orange color). So truly better for a lighter dark-brown hair that have some gray. Go darker for covering white or grey on darker hair.
