Great For Babies With Sensitive Skin!
I was nervous the first time we took our baby to the beach because our pediatrician let us know babies shouldn’t get a lot of direct sunlight during hot summer months before at least six months, and we took him to the beach at 3 months. While he had a full sleeve rash guard bathing suit and a hat, I still needed soemthing for his face, hands, and feet. This slathers on nicely, kept him protected, and didn’t irritate his skin. He’s 18 months now and we regularly use this for trips to the park and when he has splash day at preschool. If you’re nervous about what you put on your baby and are reading reviews because you’re nervous about breakouts or reactions but you still want sufficiant sun protection, I’d definitely recommend trying this.

    Great mineral sunscreen
I have very sensitive skin and I break out from chemical sunscreens. Found this brand and I can spend a week at the beach with my family rash free. Finally found a brand that works!

    Great for geezers, too!
I’m in my 70s and love this stuff. Great sunblock that even works on my face. Leaves a white cast that disappears after a few minutes; you definitely have to rub it in. Also nice that there are no weird ingredients and it’s reef safe. Highly recommended.

Mineral sunscreen with 19.6% zinc oxide
It has no overwhelming smell and is easy to apply. However, there are several downsides to this product. Like any other zinc oxide sunscreen, it will make your skin a bit white, and it feels warm to the skin, which is not natural. But if I had to choose, this would be my priority for sunscreen for now.I’m happy with this product.

    Smells NICE for a change!
Bought two of these because we’re going to a resort in Cancun that only allows “reef-friendly” sunblock. My wife has been there before and she tells me that they do sell that type of sunblock at the gift shop at the resort, but that it’s very expensive. So Amazon seemed like the way to shop for this before our trip.I saw a few of these type lotions on Amazon for cheaper per-ounce bottles, but they were too big. Also saw a few more expensive ones that were actually only one ounce containers. This Hello Bello brand seemed to be the sweet spot for price vs. size: they fit perfectly in a pocket or purse for carrying around all day. Also, thinking ahead, I like the way these open up so that we don’t risk them spilling in our luggage or pocket/purse.I did extensive yard work today in the hot Arizona sun and decided to give this sunscreen a dry-run to see if it would run, sting my eyes, etc….to check for any adverse effects or discomfort while using. So I didn’t get burned, but I didn’t expect to since I was only in the sun for slightly less than two hours. However, I did note the following positive effects:- It actually SMELLED REALLY NICE as I put it on. That is a first for any sunblock lotion! Don’t know what ingredient was in there (or maybe the lack of nasty reef-killing ingredients like Oxybenzone and Octinoxate?), but in any case, no yucky suntan lotion stink I’ve come to recognize and abhor over the years since I was a kid.- It went on perfectly smooth and did not feel slimy or sticky or greasy. Just a little “viscous” and it didn’t quickly dry or disappear on my face, neck, ears, etc., like some of the more high-end/expensive products I’ve used in the past. But it was OK in this regard nonetheless. I’d take off half a start for this, but I’m rounding up to five stars because honestly, the nice smell made it a pleasure to use.- It didn’t sting my eyes. And I tried…I rubbed my eyes a bunch of times due to all the sweat running down my face, but absolutely no sting whatsoever.Overall success for this product. I’ll only use it for when going to the ocean or places that require “reef friendly” lotions. I prefer a couple of other products for everyday sunblock usage though.

    Unique texture, beautiful
Mineral sunscreens are either cheap = goopy, dry, cakey, heavy. Or expensive = liquid. This one is in the middle — it comes out of the tube looking and feeling fluffy like a sponge. Then it goes onto the skin like liquid. Very smooth and light, spreads easily, but without dripping like water and needing re-application in layers. Beautiful consistency. Hope they never change. The light lemon scent is nice too.

1)Horrible smell2)Titanium dioxide is not part of the ingredients, only zinc oxide (both are main ingredients in any mineral sunscreen)3) So thick for a lotion textureI would never purchase it again!
