Great starter kit!
I bought this kit to do my husband’s undercut and beard. It has held up pretty well and works great. The battery life lasts a long time and it also has two speeds. The digital display is a great feature.The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the apron is of cheap quality and needs longer strings to fit anyone properly. Also, the scissors sometimes tend to loosen as you’re cutting hair which requires you to stop, tighten them up, and start again.

I have no complaints about this kit. My old scissors were getting dull and you could see it in my hair ends. I trimmed my hair up with these and it looks nice again. I did get this on sale during prime days but even paying more I think it’s a very nice kit for at home hair cutters. The case is a nice addition to keep everything organized.

Scissors donât cut through hair
Purchased this scissor set to cut my toddlers hair. Used it the first time and the scissors wouldnât cut through the hair and I had to take pieces multiple times to get a clean cut. Spend five dollars more to get a pair that works. Disappointed!

Plastic combs have pros and cons to work with, theyâre a lot lighter than the metal combs and quite versatile and easy to work with. Metal combs really only work better with electric razors.The brush for getting loose hair removed is lovely and soft, itâs very useful to see what youâre doing and what is still attached and whatâs been cut.The cape for keeping hair clear from clothing is wonderful, itâs soft and pliable so it gathers everything up nicely unlike the thick plastic capes in some kits.It all zips up in a neat case and is a tidy set. Itâs well worth it and itâs so well thought out to include alligator clips for texture tricks and a cloth for wiping the blades clean ðFor all your basic needs, this is all you need and itâs extremely reasonable for price
