I am actually pretty happy with this brush for the almost week I’ve been using it! The bristles are good and stiff, so they were able to get through most of the layers of my hair, and it does a seriously terrifying good job of volumizing. Or floofing, in my case. Easily remedied with a little spritzing with water. Or not, if you’re into floof.There are a few cons to the brush, but nothing that should stop you from buying it, should you be looking for a nice brush to give yourself a nice scalp massage/shine to your hair/add volume… and other such things. There IS a smell that comes from the rubber bedding that the bristles rest in from using recycled rubber. However, if you let the brush air out after unboxing, the wafting odor goes away. You’d literally have to stick your nose in the bristles to be able to smell the rubber scent again, and it doesn’t brush the smell into your hair. Believe me, I’ve done just that, much to the angst and irritation of my poor snoot.The bristles are juuuuust slightly shorter than I like, but it still grazes the scalp enough to give some nice stimulation (a pretty darn good itchin’ relief) to your scalp. I know most people are used to a brush giving the full on scritchin’ experience to your scalp, but I find that usually a lot of that, no matter how delicious it feels, usually makes my hair uber oily.Other than those very little things, it’s a good boars bristle brush to invest in, I think!

Great hairbrush for very thin hair
This hairbrush is great for very thin hair. It definitely helps to smooth hair; however, if you have thick hair, it will smooth hair on the surface, but since bristles are very soft and on the short side, the bristles do not really touch the scalp. My mom loves the brush for that very reasonâshe doesnât like stiff bristles that touch her scalp.

Sturdy
This brush is solid & easy to handle. It glides smoothly over the contours of the body & I have used many. It’s a nice size for dry skin brushing and not too ‘pointy’ at the bristles that you can’t do the head as well for stimulation on the skull.The next note will be… how long it lasts before wearing down on the bristles. The last 2 smaller ones I purchased began looking like I was sanding only part of the brush bristles and wore down after 4 mos., yet for the price can’t be disappointed.

Too Soft and Too Big
Although the bristles are fine, I ordered this item because “boar hair bristles” are supposed to be quite stiff. The bristles on this brush are very soft and flexible. When I ordered it, I failed to notice the product dimensions. In fact, they were not included in the ‘About The Product’ section but further down the page in the ‘Production Description’ section. My fault for not taking the time to thoroughly read all the details. This brush is quite large at almost 10 inches long by almost 3 1/2 inches wide, this thing is quite large in the hand. But, I must say, I use it every day after my shower. The cushioned base along with the soft, flexible bristles sure make brushing the hair a more pleasant experience especially for us older guys whose hair is not as think as it used to be. 🙂

You Need This Brush!
This is not meant to detangle but to spread essential natural oils throughout the hair. For that (and calming the hair), it works incredibly well at an affordable price. It honestly feels like a top quality brush easily 5x its retail price. If you need a good finishing brush (and you do), this is the one.

Excellent BBB
You get what you pay for when buying a boar bristle brush. This brush has a great feel to it, the handle and weight of the brush in my hand work well to guide the brush through my long hair. The purpose of a BBB is not to detangle; it is to stimulate the scalp, spread sebum throughout your length, and use as a finishing brush. One should use a detangle brush or comb before brushing with a BBB. I use the GranNatuarals Boar Bristle Brush in the morning and at night, and I never use it on wash days. It is not a brush to use on wet hair. So, if you know this about a BBB, this is an excellent choice in BBB.Also, the weight and shape of this brush make an excellent hair brush paddle choice.I highly recommend this brush on both counts.

I purchased this brush with the expectation that it was firm bristle ( that was what it stated). However, it was not, I was going to return but didnât think it was worth my gas to return. Itâs a good brush but not if you want firm bristle.

Ich habe oft das Problem das meine Haare schnell fetten am ansatz und habe mir deswegen diese bürste gekauft weil ich gehört hab das wildschweinborsten das fett in den haaren besser verteilen soll.Bei mir Hilft es sehr gut und meine haare sehen nach dem kämmen am ansatz nicht mehr so fettig aus und sie wirken glänzenderIch kann dieses Produkt nur weiter empfehlen für leute die feines/dünnes haar haben und fettigen ansatz haben

Brosse achetée non pas pour les cheveux, mais pour brosser le petit Spitz.Visiblement le geste salvateur journalier ne perturbe pas le fauve 🙂 et même semble lui plaire. Plaisir toujours identique presque 6 mois après (voir film)Par contre, la largeur de la brosse (8,3 cm) est excessive pour une telle utilisation bien que cela reste faisable; mais, une taille quasiment de moitié eut été préférable. Dâailleurs, cette préférence ne sâapplique-t-elle pas également pour la chevelure humaine?Quant à savoir, sâil sâagit vraiment de poils de sanglier, il faudrait faire certainement une analyse ADN :)) dont le résultat pourrait peut-être surprendre 😉

I find this brush of excellent quality Iâve had excellent use of this brush I have similar hair brushes I use first & this one last it is a good quality brush it has helped me keep my hair in great condition, these brushes are great for getting rid of hair balls, or hair notâs. I have to pay for a ladyâs hair cut as I a man with hair very long hair, right down to my my waist Iâm 56 I have always kept my hair long. I pay £65.00 for a wash / cut I go to the best hairdresser in Liverpool city centre they are well known for being on the TV in the Albert dock Richard & Judy. My hairdresser is not scissor happy I get loads of compliments about my hair if you look after your hair brushers they will look after your hair 10/10 I have several more of these hair brushes if you like my review please purchase at one of these brushes you wonât be sending it back I can assure you.
