Itâs does exactly what it says IF YOU FOLLOW DIRECTIONS!
I started with jet black hair.First I used a color stripper to pull out the black. Then coated my hair with K18 leave in mask. Didnât wash for three days.This brought my hair to a burnt orange color.Then I used wella developer- a 30- with manic panic bleach. Coated in K18 leave in mask and my hair was lifted to a 9.Again- no washing for three days to allow the hair to rest and let the k18 do its job.Washed finally. Coated again in k18 and waited two days- then applied this hair color.Most importantly- when using got2b- follow the directions. Rinse the color out only- do not use shampoo and conditioner- thatâs why so many reviews say the color washed right down the drain.Rinse throughly in cold water- not hot- not lukewarm.Apply the after color conditioner- let it set for the minimum two minutes- I let it set for 5-10.Rinse. Towel dry.I got the exact color on the box the first time around.Hereâs the thing- this will not work on hair color any darker than a 7-8. So thereâs a lot of reviews that say itâs crapâ¦.it’s not- if youâre literate.After youâve towel dried- another healthy coat of k18 wonât hurt. Then again- donât wash your hair for 72 hours. After processing your follicles are wide open- and using shampoo will take the color right out.Let your natural oils return- use a damn good mask- and follow directions.For 12$ this is the best silver gray Iâve ever used. Will 100% use it again. Have been to numerous salons looking to get my natural gray blended and no one could do it.

don’t bleach and over color before using turned greenish bluish tint
While I was trying to go silver due to greying in the front, I bleached, then turned around same day to add the Metallics Silver in, turned me greenish blue, it looks cool but not what I wanted, then I used Urban Fushia a couple of weeks later, and 3 weeks after that I tried Dusty Silver from my local supermarket, and I’m glad I”m going back a little darker and starting over essentially. It was fun, I really do like this brand, gave me some fun colors, but Metallics Silver does not work for really dark hair that has been bleached.

Fabulous color
I love theclor but to achieve super fantastic results, your gair needs to be at the very least, pale blonde for it to really wow! Down side is it can be very drying, so, super condition before and after!I also would be thrilled if they could reformulate to last longer!

Beautiful color!
I got this for my teen son’s hair. He wanted to go from green to silver. The color turned out really pretty!His hair was also pretty damaged from his previous bleach and the several rounds of bleaching that had to happen to get rid of the green. But his hair feels so much better, softer, his curls are more defined after the color! How is that possible?He loves it so much, all his friends want this now!

PURPLE RAIN, UH I MEANT HAIR
I am new to the world of toners and after exhaustive reading on quality, outcome I decided on this color to my âvirgin â white hair. I convinced myself this was going to be a mood booster to liven up my hair. I followed the instructions to a T. As I rinsed my hair I could see the hair that was hanging in front of my eyes looked suspiciously purple, but I thought maybe it was the light. It was not the light. My hair is not lavender. It is purple, all over purple. I washed it thinking that might wash out some of the purple but it didnât and I didnât want to use anything harsh but I had a feeling that I might have to resort to that because where can you go with purple hair unless youâre 25 years old? I went out today and got a professional color removal kit. I had dry hair before all of this began there is no telling , what will happen when I put this on my hair. But Iâm going to hope for the best. And on the box, it says âhead turningâ color. And they got that right

Not to bad.
Not exactly the color and had my hair as blonde as I could get but happy with the result, have a unique color unlike anyone else and looks good. Last time I got silver and it washed out quickly within 3 to 4 washes so hoping this one won’t wash out so quickly when it is supposed to be permanent and I have had articfox last longer in my hair.

Fades so quickly
So, to preface, I bleached my hair down to a 9 to 10 level of blonde before applying. I use a combo of their two shades of grey to create an ombré effect. The color comes out gorgeous. True grey with no weird undertones. However the color fades significantly after even one wash, and is pretty much gone after about three washes. As much as I love the result I am looking to see if I can find something a little more long lasting.
