Love this styler!
This is the best styler on the market. I had my last one for 5 years and so even at the expensive price it’s worth it. It straightens in one swipe. I love the chime that indicates it is ready. It’s lightweight and super easy to use. I will not use any other straightener.

I purchased this after my last GHD died after 5+ years of use. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Immediately upon receiving, I turned it on and it appeared to work. When I actually went to use it the next day, it heated up, but then immediately turned off after reaching temperature. All subsequent attempts to turn it on resulted in the same behavior, or it wouldn’t even turn on. I returned it to Amazon and purchased a different brand of straightener. After researching GHD more, it appears they sometimes have quality issues, particularly with the thermistor, so it wasn’t worth it to me to continue to gamble 100s of dollars.

Works great. I love how fast it heats up. And has a sound for when you turn it on, off, and when fully heated. I’m also using much lower temperature which my stylist says is so much better for my hair. Took off one star for the price. Maybe I was expecting my hair to be completely transformed into a silky, shiny mane that would be noticed by everyone. Looks the exact same as with my old flat iron.

I haven’t had this even 30 days and I went to plug it in and it turn on blinks and right back off. I really like this flat iron and would want a replacement but if not I want a refund due to how expensive it is.

Love ghd! Amazing
Iâve used ghd flat irons over the last 7-8 years and have been loving them. The last two Iâve used were the original and the platinum plus. I have not been disappointed. My original stuff works well even after 8 years but I just wanted an upgrade. Just like its previous version, this flat iron heats up very quickly. It does a wonderful job with hair straightening and curling (if you are able to curl your hair with a flat iron). I can straighten my hair soo quickly now with this! It really helps with frizz and adds shine to the hair. It is easy to hold and have a grip on. The design appears to be sturdy as well.

Worst GHD product
This brand went DOWNHILL. I used to be a hardcore fan of the brand. I have curly hair and wear it straight often, I have my first GHD flat iron still working from high school- I’m almost 30. I wanted to try their new technology and the flat iron works well… when it decides to turn on. I have trouble shooted and it’s just not the same quality as before. It doesn’t turn on anymore or only for a few seconds. My GHD blow dryer and old flat iron work perfect plugged into the same outlet.I also don’t appreciate how it seems I got a used product too. I think Amazon is going downhill as well….

I just purchased the GHD Chronos and I am so happy. It came on the same day I ordered it which was extremely convenient and it works ridiculously good! I straighten my hair in half the time and my hair is so soft. This is a true one pass hair straightener! I believe this is minimize the damage on my hair.

On the Expensive side, but so worth it.. One Pass Is correct⦠No Burning of the hair, music plays when iron turns on, more music when temp is reachedâ¦. No temperature setting, (which some people may not like) but I love that the guess work is taken out.. My hair feels so AMAZING after use⦠Soft and it looks Shinny and Helathier!!!! Iâm not getting anything for reviewing this productâ¦. I Love This Productâ¦. You will not be disappointed with your purchaseâ¦
