I’m undecided on this product. Color is as pictured. Silicone is soft. But this could be an issue. Would have to be careful to not put pressure on sides when using so it doesn’t collapse. On the other hand, it’s nice that it collapses for storage and self contains cleaner while using. Texture in bottom for brush cleaning is minimal. For my makeup business, I would probably not buy again. As an average makeup user, could be worth it.

I bought this on a whim and wow. It works 4x better than my old brush cleaning mat. I only open it to the first push of the fold and it is plenty deep to clean brushes. It cleaned my foundation brush in the first pass and scrub and that *NEVER * happened with my old mat. Hands down it’s a great buy, it works amazing and stores well.

I love this! It’s so easy to use and it gets my makeup brushes clean in no time! I usually put a drop of shampoo in the bowl then fill it with warm water, wash the brush in the shampoo water until it gets really cloudy, then refill the bowl with plain water and wash the brush again the give it a good rinse. The reason I bought this makeup brush wash bowl was because it folds up when you’re not using it, and that’s such a helpful feature for storage.

Although there are now less expensive alternatives for other brands of multiple bowls, I wanted to try one out before ordering more. I was so pleased with the first one that I ordered a second in a different color that I use for cleaning my art (watercolor and other media) brushes. The ability to fold them down does indeed save on space, which is especially important to me after a major downsizing. I much prefer this bowl design to the flat mat that I was previously using when cleaning my makeup brushes. Not only does the bowl reduce waste of a brush cleaning product (whether for makeup or art), it also contains the liquid. I appreciate the ability to hang this up on a hook (or even a clothes hanger) to let it dry completely before collapsing it for storage.
