Loved the mirror
I had a mirror just like this one for several years and really liked it but as it aged, the plastic casing cracked on it but the mirror was still very good. I was so happy to find the exact one like the original. The magnification was excellent and the choice of light to use according to my needs was a plus.

I bought this mirror the first time about 10-15 years ago and loved it. Resently it finally died. So I bought a different one to replace it and wasn’t at all happy with it. So I bought this one again. What a surprise, it has been upgraded! It can be run by battery or a removable charging cord that is precoiled so to is more compact for storing. It also has an extra disk to help defuse the light if you want it to. You have two lighting choices daylight or evening. And lastly they changed from a bulb to LED. This mirror is well worth the cost!The only thing that could improve this mirror is if the magnification option gave you a choice. This comes with 15X but would love to have a higher option for the seeing impaired.

Adequate Magnification
I bought the mirror for tweezing facial hair after having cataract surgery. It does the job but isn’t perfect. The magnification area on the mirror is small, and you have to move areas of your face around to see and tweeze the target area. That takes some getting used to, and at first I thought it wasn’t going to work for me. Once I accepted the mirror’s limitations, and found some work-arounds, I am comfortable, if not completely pleased, with the purchase. I find that it’s helpful to wear cheater glasses with the mirror to get better magnification. The housing is cheap plastic, and it’s not pretty, but function is more important to me.

This is my 2nd floxite magnifying mirror.
My first floxite mirror lasted for years (10?) but I dropped the mirror and broke it. Instead of replacing it right away I took time to look at several different brands. I purchased 3 over a year and a half and returned all 3 for different reasons including lack of quality in the stand, a lousy mirror and low magnification on the last. My husband got tired of not having a lighted magnifier so I ordered a new one although all we needed was the mirror part of it but it was back ordered. Itâs a good lighted magnifier with a good reflection. Buy extra bulbs upfront so you have them.
