Broken after one use
I charged the product out of the box as most things tell you to in the instructions. I used it once and it stopped working half way through and I thought it had just died so I placed it back on the charger once it indicated it was charged I tried to turn it on and to my surprise nothing happened. The light indicator that tells you if itâs on or not was on but the tool itself was just not working or spinning as it was before. Very disappointing I was excited to use this.

Not very powerful when compared with another facial hair remover.
My favorite facial hair remover’s shaver head suddenly cracked, and I could no longer twist it onto the shaver securely. I searched on Amazon for a replacement head or to maybe order the same rechargeable shaver, but it is no longer available since my purchase in March of 2021.I searched and read many reviews on several shavers. I ordered 2 different ones on Black Friday Deals, hoping one shaver would be better than the other. This Yunmiss Facial Hair Removal for Women Men disappointed me. The one-page sheet of instructions with tiny print and small images gave the basics: How to Use, Cleaning, Tips & Pointers, and Warning. The instructions on charging were very minimal: “Please charge it when no power. Red light shows when during charge it.” After I plugged in the tiny, 7″ USB cord, I discovered that the red light shut off after 15-30 seconds. I plugged it back in and the red light would appear and turn off again. I charged it for an unbelievable 4 hours and 20 minutes. There was no indication when the charging was complete. I got tired of waiting. As I write this review, I looked back at the product page and saw an image that states, “One charge for 120 minutes using.”Yunmiss does include an extra shaver head and a manual eyebrow trimmer that is a two-bladed dermaplaning tool. The LED light is a nice feature, also.There is no information provided anywhere regarding specifications on decibels, voltage, watts, rotational speed, etc. like my old facial hair remover that reported a rotational speed of 7800 times/min.Having ordered two different facial hair removal devices, I shaved half of my face with one shaver and the other side with the other one. By the time both shavers arrived, my face was very peach fuzzy. I had high expectations based upon the fantastic Yunmiss reviews on Amazon. Sad to say, I was not impressed. Sure, it removed some facial hair, but the other shaver did a much better job. Yunmiss didn’t remove all of my peach fuzz. Maybe that’s why they include an extra shaving head and the dermaplaning tool. I will be returning this product.
