The only thing I have found wrong with this product is the level is not level. It leaves one eyebrow on a deep slope. Not happy with this product at all.

Not what I expected. It’s string that you must figure out how to tie on the rods… I hope it would have been a plastic string already on & easily cleaned but that was not the case. I will try to figure it out soon enough.

Honestly, if folks spent time reading the description, the instructions are provided. As for those complaining that there is no ink, that is also stated. For the money, not bad. I may spend more time getting it level than necessary. I will probably just use pre inked string if I decide to use this more. Speaking of string, a slip knot and a double knot are all you need to secure the string (also provided in the instructions)
