Great straightener, great price!
Along with great customer service from Ella Bella, this straightener has been perfect for my hair! I love that the heat setting options are digital. And the buttons are properly placed so my hand doesn’t turn it off before I want it to be turned off :)It straightens well in one pass and doesn’t scrape through your hair, leaves it softer especially when paired with a good heat protectant.All in all a great product, worth the buy!

Excellent quality
I wanted to wait for a few weeks to really use this straightener so that I could give a proper opinion about it. I have coarse wavy hair, and it gets really curly at my neckline. I live in Florida with high humidity. This straightener was able to smooth my worst beadhead hair and make it look shiny and healthy. I didn’t have to go over it a bunch of times to get the level of straight I wanted and end up either burning my hair off or not getting the result I wanted. It didn’t snag or pull out my hair like my old high-end straightener did. It also kept steady temperatures. My last straightener became hotter and hotter, even though I didn’t raise the temp, and really burned my hair. I’ve had no issues so far with the Ella Bella.When you receive the box, there is a QR code inside to register the product. I highly recommend doing this. The owner Ruth let’s you know your registration is setup and that she’s there to help with any product questions or issues. She’s very sweet and helpful. I really appreciate that I can reach her whenever I have an issue.Important things to note: to turn the straightener on or off, you just hold the power button for 3 seconds. Also, it takes just a little bit of time for the straightener to reach the chosen temperature. So if the numbers don’t move right away, don’t worry, just give it a few seconds. You will see them go up. The wait is worth it though, because it remains at the temperature you set it to and doesn’t fluctuate.I’m extremely happy to have this straightener!

This iron has exceeded my expectations. I am not a professional but was looking for an iron that would get hot quickly. The digital temperature readout is on top of the iron for display only. BRILLIANT! I can’t tell you how many times that particular spot would be pressed and turn off my iron, frustrating to say the least, especially if you’re in a hurry. This iron is perfect for straightening larger sections of your hair as well. It’s a very well made and sturdy iron but light. It does come with a nice heat proof rubber mat so no sliding around your vanity. Also included is a nice, thin but protective styling glove. We all know how painful it can be if your fingers get in the way. Above all the price of this iron & accessories is super affordable. My prime purchase came with a $10 off coupon. Last, but 100% not least~Ella Bella customer service. They’ve raised the bar on that for me. They make registering your appliance a seamless breeze.They provide teaching video clips that pertain to styling techniques and care for your lovely, healthy hair…. they also follow up to make sure you’re completely satisfied and/or have any questions. Love this straightener
I love this straightener. I love that it heats up very fast. I don’t have to use it on the highest setting to style my hair. I assume that is because of the Advanced Ionic Technology combined with Ceramic Floating Plates. My hair is so smooth and I don’t feel like I’m burning it. It feels great in my hand and is easy to use. I love that it will turn off on its own if I forget to turn it off. Great product!

I have bought numerous straighteners over the years and this one fits my needs perfectly. I googled best straighteners and this one was rated in the top 5. Never heard of it, but thought I would give it a try. I have not been disappointed. My hair is curly, frizzy, and course. It smooths my hair, without pulling or frizzing. It heats up quickly and the buttons do not get in your way as some of the others I tried while you are using it. I love the lock feature and the pouch that it comes with so you can put it away and not have to leave it out on the counter to cool. The size is perfect for my hair. Not too wide where you can’t get some of the smaller pieces of hair closer to your face and not to narrow where it takes forever to get your hair straight. They sent me a text after I registered the warranty to ask how I liked the product and if I had any concerns. I thought it was an automated response, but it was a real person messaging me. Great customer service adding that personal touch! I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the market looking for an amazing hair straightener.

This flat iron works well, comes with a pad to put under it and also you can store it in that. I bought this about a month ago and so far so good. Also, good customer service!
