My face cannot tolerate oily, dense creams. This is a very nice gel cream with a good ingredient list. Not intensely hydrating so not for super dry skin.I use a heavier product around eyes and mouth then layer this gel cream on top – you can seal in other products by layering this. Elf has done a good job not adding fragrance, and excellent ingredient list for the price. Will I buy again yes. If you like the Hada Labo cream, or Neutrogena you will like this. Also this is NON sticky and non greasy.

I find this Holy Hydration day cream to be very thick and rich. It goes on nicely and absorbs easily but does not leave me feeling greasy. I use the unscented one, day and night, as I actually like this better than their nightcream. My skin looks supple and smooth and I have not had any issues with breakouts or irritation. Reasonably priced too, I have it on auto delivery!

Not for Extra Dry Skin
I am using retinoid for cystic acne and need extra moisture as I already have dry skin.This product does moisturise and absorbs into my skin nicely without pilling or irritation, and does not break me out. I also appreciate that there is a fragrance free option. However it is not enough for my extra thirsty skin.I think this would be good for combo, oily, or dry skin that isnât undergoing retinoid treatment.
