I have bought 6 of these brushes since 2022
3 for me, and 3 for family. I have been dry brushing since 2003. The 3 I have given away are used for dry brushing and another as a back scratcher. The one using it as a back scratcher loves it. He thought it was the weirdest idea on earth to have his back brushed with it and loved it enough to get his own. I usually get a new dry brushes every year. Most of them get tossed away after a year. I have kept 2 of 3 of these brushes from this brand. They are great dry brushes. They can be rough at first. I wash a few times before first use and use it damp the first few times till bristles have worn in. It loses a few bristles at first and then is good for a while. Towards the end of the year it will start losing more bristles. The brush I got in 2022 I used for dry brushing for almost 1.5 years and the last month decided before throwing it away to try it as a shower brush. Note it was well used already. As soon as I used it as a scrub brush in hotter water, the bristles started falling out in. So I will not be using as a shower brush.I always wash it with warm water, dish soap, Jojoba oil mixed together and let it air dry, bristles down on a paper towel or microfiber towel. The dawn dish soap and oil mix helps break up any body oil and helps hydrate the boar bristles to keep them softer. I try and wash it after each use or 3 times a week. Hair, lint and skin cells get trapped in easily. The less clean the brush is the more zits, hives and sores will appear. It also gets more stiff when not taken care of. The massage nubs are soft but firm. They wear down a little over the years. All the brushes I gave away are used almost daily. I will go through times of daily use and then go a few weeks without use. My skin feels and looks a lot better when I use it at least a few times a week. My body feels a lot better when I use it daily. I really love using it on sore muscles when massage is too hard to deal with yet. With new brushes I try and only use it wet on my face and neck as the bristles are too rough. Later on if I want to use on my face I will I use small gentle circles around my face skin and neck.I have used lymph brushes with handles, no handles, and this brush with rope around the back for a handle. For most my body I prefer using this brush but getting my back is not as easy to use. I hold the brush in my hand with the rope around the back of my hand. It rarely goes flying out of my hand. If my hands are sore from working I can still use the brush without needing a firm grip when hands are sore. It feels so wonderful brushing my sore fingers and feet with it.They are great as lymph brushing, used to exfoliate my skin and I have used it to stop ingrown hairs from forming.I have used it on sore muscles after working out. I really think for me it was great for after workout. If you have any new scars I would stay away from them till properly healed. The wood on the brush is smooth, none of the plastic has chipped on me. No mold, fungus or bugs have ever got in them. Never stained. I always let them dry out after washing and hung up to dry when I used in the shower. If the strap did get too loose, some times hot water on just the strap helped it to shrink back.

Get this!!
The CSM Dry Body Brush is amazing! The natural bristles give just the right amount of exfoliation without being too harsh, leaving my skin feeling smooth and refreshed. Itâs perfect for dry brushing, helping boost circulation and support lymphatic drainage. Iâve noticed a real difference in how soft my skin feels, and it gives me that spa-like experience at home. Plus, itâs a sustainable choice, which is a big plus. If youâre looking for an effective and eco-friendly exfoliating tool, this is the one!

Massage nodules not effective
Overall this is a good dry brush. I wanted to try this one for the massage nodules located throughout to see if it was any better than the ones without. I could not feel any benefit to having these in the brush. At least from a sensory perspective, I could not feel any difference. The hand strap is rather large so it is good to accommodate a larger hand but does not really help with a better grip if your hand is smaller. Good price for a large rounded dry brush and the bristles are med/firm texture so may feel aggressive if you are new to dry brushing but relatively easy to adjust the pressure in order to accommodate skin sensitivity. If you have very sensitive skin then a soft bristle brush may be ideal. Well made and durable with a moderate amount of bristle shedding. This brush will do the job but I prefer ones that have an elastic strap for tighter fit and minimal shedding.

GREAT BRUSH
I got this on sale. It was recommended by health people to use to clean and drain your lymph glands for your legs and arms and stomach.. it works great you donât use it in the shower. You use it on dry skin and it makes it a lot easier to do that massaging of your lymph glands to keep your body a little bit healthier. Nowadays, anything helps and this was an inexpensive way now itâs up to $10 but I got it when it was five dollars and Iâm so happy I did it and Iâm so happy I have AMAZON anything I need for next to nothing compared to going to big stores I love Amazon Amazon

The bristles keep falling out.
The bristles of the brush started falling out with first use. After that they stopped falling out and I thought it was fine. But every once and a while more will fall off. The scrub itself does a good job otherwise. It does feel a bit rough on the skin at first.

I can tell the difference
I was a little skeptical, but for $10 it was worth it. I use my brush every few days, to scrub my legs and my arms, and do a full body. My skin is noticeably softer, it helps exfoliate and loosen up skin and opens up areas for difficult hairs to grow out of. My skin always feels very nice after I use the brush and I have a shower, I feel very smooth. I completely recommend if you want to try to achieve smoother skin.

Perfect, makes my skin feel so much softer
I use this mainly on my arms and legs, and I brush in a circular motion. I usually do it before I shower, and not to the point that it irritates the skin. After the shower I use a good lotion and this has made my skin feel so much softer, as well as improved the crepiness (sorry not sure how to spell that) of my forearms from years of sun damage. Love it and highly recommend.

I was skeptical at first, but this brush really delivers. The solid wood frame feels high-quality, and the boar bristles are firm enough to exfoliate effectively without being too harsh.
