Best tampons
I have switched to no titanium dioxide and these are the best tampons I have found. I wish they fully absorbed before leaking a little but we win some and lose some. Overall great product

Let me address the reasons these tampons are rated low by some.
Let me first start off by saying this: I have tried many different brands of organic cotton tampons. Off the top of my head, Iâd say itâs been around 5 or 6 different brands. Before I ever switched to organic cotton tampons, I did use tampax. That was years ago.A couple of the reviews on here are complaining about the leaks and comparing them to Tampax. Please allow me to address these two reasons people are rating this brand low.I donât personally see a difference in these tampons than the other organic cotton ones Iâve used. The issues Iâve had with other organic cotton tampons are the same ones (mostly) that Iâve had with these. The biggest? That the super size still needs to be changed very frequently during the first (sometimes second) day of my period. It does leak, it doesnât absorb much, BUT all the organic tampons that Iâve used (that I can remember) have been that way.Is it because theyâre organic? I donât know. Could it be because theyâre just cotton and do not have all sorts of other harmful materials in them? Possibly.Which brings me to my next point. Stop comparing organic cotton tampons to the terrible-filled-with-synthetic-and-who-knows-what-else-fibers tampon brand. I mean, really. Thatâs dumb. Either decide youâre going to make the switch because you want something better for your body, or be quiet and stay with your artificial tampon so you can go 6 hours without changing it.I rated these a five because i freaking love the light absorbency tampons they have. For me, those are perfect near the end of my cycle, when I donât need a regular tampon, but still need something. Iâd usually just wear a panty liner, but I prefer tampons.I am going to try the super plus next time to see if it adsorbs better.Either way, Iâll never go back to synthetic fiber-filled tampons.

Non toxic
Perfect alternative to the usual toxic tampons. Feel great knowing these are all natural. Not as absorbant but still recommend.

It just makes me feel better to use cotton
I never really considered what type of tampons I have been using until recently and seeing all the stories of women having issues with non organic brands scared me. I have a light period so I dont go through that many but some women go through like an entire box per period and that’s crazy how much time a product spends in your body. I really like this product and the applicator is okay not great but that’s fine.

Only brand I use!
I’ve tried so many different ‘clean’ brands but always come back to this one! I love that they offer variety packs.

Serious Design Flaw
Iâve tried six or seven of these, and none of them work at all. The product has a serious design flaw, making it completely unusable.

So uncomfortable
These are the most uncomfortable tampons I’ve ever used. I can always tell when I have one in. They don’t work very well either. They don’t insert properly and feel like they are always about to stick out. They expand length wise, but not enough the other way, so leaks are imminent. I’m getting through the one box I bought, but will not buy anymore. Horribly expensive for such a bad product. The one redeeming quality is that they are cotton with no bleaching or fragrance.
