Oh this product is so good!
This purchase that I’m reviewing right now is actually my second purchase and this time I got two of them. First, it really works. My hair is thin on top now and so my scalp sunburns. But not with this. I have been at the beach for hours and actually got a little pink on my arms with my SPF 50 but nothing on my scalp.Secondly, I can use it and my hair actually looks like I haven’t put anything in it. I lift up section by section and spray at the roots so that’s a good technique. I have rubbed it up from my scalp on one occasion for some reason and I think I remember thinking I shouldn’t do that again, so I assume it looked a little oily. But if you just spray it on at the roots holding up each section as you go which is what you need to do to get the sunscreen on properly, then you’ll be really happy with it. It kind of puts a bit more shine too. Oh and I like the fragrance. It’s actually quite light.Like other reviews have said, it is expensive, but it lasts a long time and it’s totally worth it.

Protects from sunburn, not too greasy, not a fan of the scent, small container
I purchased this scalp spray because my scalp constantly burns in the sun where my hair is parted. Before this product, I would try to apply regular liquid sunscreen to my part but the application was messy and left me with a white cast and greasy hair. I don’t want to wear a hat (my head shape just doesn’t work with hats lol and I get far too hot), so I thought I’d give this a try. I’ve used this spray on my scalp twice so far and it has totally prevented burning! The spray is a relatively fine mist and isn’t nearly as greasy as traditional sunscreen but isn’t totally free from grease. However, after applying it and laying by the pool, I was able to style my hair without washing it (I’m pretty sure I’m the only one who could tell it was the tiniest bit greasy. The more spray you apply, the greasier it tends to be. The fragrance isn’t the worst, but it’s certainly not my favorite. It’s not terribly overwhelming, I just have a sensitive nose. The container is pretty small but since I only use it where my hair is parted, I imagine it’ll last me a while, but it’s still pretty pricy for the amount you get. The little protective cap does NOT stay in place, but I haven’t had any leaking so far. Without having tried any other scalp SPF products, I do recommend this product (especially versus using liquid SPF on my scalp!!).

Best scalp sunscreen
I LOVE this product. I don’t burn easily except for on my scalp. I typically wear my hair in two braids parted down the middle when I’m at the beach. If I spray this on I do not get burned there at all! It stays on very well! After swimming in the ocean or the pool I’ll reapply (when I remember) but have not had an issue while using. I also have pretty sensitive skin and have not had an adverse reaction. I haven’t noticed an oily residue left on my hair after using which is also a huge plus!

Great for Those with Children to Keep them Protected from the Sun
