Great iron for a great price
Pros: this iron is the perfect size for someone with long thick hair. It gives it the perfect, soft curl with an easy to use design. It is lightweight so my arms do not get tired when doing a full head of curls. I love that it has so many settings on the temperature control. One for every type of hair.Cons: it takes a minute longer than I would expect for it to heart up. Spiral curling iron
This curling iron works so good on my long hair it makes your curls look so good! I get compliments everytime I use it. It heats up really fast and you donât need to put it on high heat so I feel like there is less damage . My curls usually last a few days because they are a tighter spiral curl. I was worried I would get my hair stuck in it but itâs really easy to use. I would definitely recommend buying this iron!

Best curling iron ever!
I had this curling iron for over 15 years and it’s still working but I decided to buy another one in case this one died. So I decided to try one that was a little different for a change. I bought another Conair, but it was made of tourmaline and had a gold barrel. It cost more than this one. I got it home and the tip of it, that is supposed to stay cool, got burning hot and burned my fingers and that’s what the other reviewers said. Also, the clamp wasn’t strong enough to hold my hair. My hair kept slipping right out and I’d have to keep trying over and over. So I sent that one back and ordered this one again! Other curling irons, including this one, had some reviewers saying that the buttons were placed in a way to where it was easy to turn off while doing your hair. But they’re not at all. If you look at the pictures you’ll see that they purposefully put those buttons very high up, away from where your hand will be holding onto the curling iron while styling your hair. In 15 years I have never accidentally bumped the on/off button.This one heats up in 30 seconds, has plenty of room for your hand, has a strong clamp that won’t let go of your hair until you’re ready, 25 heat settings, a long cord and it will last you forever! I think you’ll be so happy with this purchase!

Easy and Fast to use, which is all my wife needs
This is a 1 year review of this Conair Curling Iron.Purchased after a recommendation from a long time, retired, professional hair stylist.This is the 3rd curling iron we have purchased in the past 10 years, and my wife likes it the best.It comes up to full temperature faster, and that matters in a hurry.It does not burn or singe hair, which is very important.The value for the dollar is definitely appreciated, because it has been the least expensive one we’ve bought.It has held up well, and when asked, my wife told me that we should not need to buy another iron in the immediate future. So, that’s great to hear.

Just okay. Wouldn’t buy again.
Curling iron heats up okay and curls okay. My issue is the stand. The wire stand gets really hot. In order to use the iron you need to fold the stand up so it is out of the way and then out it back down when you sit the curling iron back on the counter. With the wire stand getting very hot it is easy to burn your hand. Other irons that I use have a small plastic stand that doesn’t not move nor does it get in the way. I wish I would have realized this before I purchased this curling iron.
