Update: The replacement arrived, & works just like it should. The remote works & it heats fast. I wish the bubbles were stronger, but its acceptable as-is.First update: the company contacted me & offered an apology & a replacement. If it works like it should when it arrives, I’ll update my review again.I gave it a low score because I pulled the tab on the battery so it should be new and half the time it works. It’s like the battery is dead, but if you don’t put the eyeball of the remote to the Red light it does not work so I’ll have to return it . Because it does not work without the remote. It’s a bad product and I wouldn’t recommend anybody buy it?It’s a shame I bought it for my dad for Christmas and it doesn’t work and the bubbles are a joke. They barely bubble . I have to say the heat does heat fast but only if you can get it to work !

Nice device in many ways, but temp control fluctuates
This is a nice device. Good packaging. It folds up easily. It is easy to use. I like the controls and the color indicator is neat. I have used it maybe 12 to 15 times now. The bubbler is reasonably strong and also imparts a bit of nice vibration (could be stronger). The remote is nice and even magnetic, but has a short range (it is IR so you have to point it towards the water). The rollers are nice. It gets hot quickly. And it is a good value.The ONLY reason I knocked a star off (making it 4 instead of 5 stars) is confirmation of what other reviews complained about being true- it doesn’t maintain temperature correctly. It can get way too hot sometimes, even on a low setting. Other times it doesn’t get warm enough on low and I have to use medium and then go back and forth to low. Sometimes during a 40 min soak, I have to change the power level a dozen times to try and keep it consistent. The heating element is very powerful, and when it cycles on, you know it within seconds.What I would like to see is no “power levels” but a simple indicator of actual temp that I can set and it just maintains that temperature automatically with a digital thermostat.

Excellent product!
Bubbles but best of all does NOT let water get cold! Control panel lifts out as a separate remote so you donât have to leave comfortable position to change functions. Little massage and pumice nodules that are questionably functional, but still all-around great item. Extremely handy that it flattens for storage!!

It gets hot
So this thing is amazing. All the other foot tubs I have bought never ever got hot like this and when I say hot I mean my feet are usually red when I pull them out but of course this is on the high setting. I have leukemia and my feet always ache. So I decided to go out on a limb and buy another one since the rest I have gotten was trash. This one exceeded my expectations. The bubbles are nice not to soft but not rough to where I can’t stand it. I love the fact that there is a controller to it that helps a lot so I don’t have to keep pushing the button on the side. I add Epson salt to this tub as well and it does wonderful. By the time I’m done my feet are relaxed and warmed up lol. I love this thing it’s amazing like I said it does get hot on the high setting so if ya don’t like it hot yes the low or medium setting. I also like how deep it is. This is a big hit for me as I want the water to cover my feet. It’s perfect and I love it.

Fits size 13 (US) feet
The tub works as intended and seems to be pretty well made. My biggest concern was whether or not my size 13 feet would comfortably fit, and they do, but without much extra room.The heat levels seem somewhat inconsistent. Sometimes the high setting gets very hot. Too hot. Or maybe I just have wimpy feet. The bubbles are ok. I don’t know that they add much to the experience, though it might help circulate epsom salts or other things if you add them to the water. The vibrating sound with the bubbles is pretty quiet. Using it while watching TV, after a few minutes I didn’t notice it anymore. For me, with as little extra room as I have, the massage rollers are effectively useless and I may just remove them.Being able to collapse it down is a nice feature for storage. The remote, which stores in an indent on the top, is simple and intuitive, but it has very, very short range which kind of defeats the purpose. It’s better than nothing, but I can’t have it farther than my knees from the base or it won’t respond. My only other small gripe is that I wish there power cord was a bit longer, but that might not be an issue for others.Overall I feel like three stars is a fair rating. It does what it’s supposed to do reasonably well but has some shortcomings. If it was a little bigger or my feet a little smaller I might like it more, but as it stands I feel like it will work for my purposes and was a fair price.

I love this foot spa. It is easy to assemble and use. The features are what pedicurists use to give you healthy, pretty feet. The features of temperature control, shiatsu rollers and pumice stone feel amazing. I prepared my foot spa with a hand towel, lavender epsom salts and a good foot oil. I started with warm water and gradually increased the temperature of the water over about 50 minutes alternating between relaxing with my feet in the warm water and rubbing on the shiatsu rollers and pumice stone. When I wrapped the towel around my feet the stress was gone and my feet were baby soft. My heels were moistened and no more rough skin. Definitely worth the money. I used a bit of diluted vinegar on a cloth to clean the spa and stored in the fabric it came in. Bonus: Lovely sleek look and colour. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Five *****

It works fine however the rollers are basically useless as the foot bath is way too short to roll my feet. My shoe size is Women 11 ½. The water gets quite hot I had to lower the temperature. Overall it is a good foot bath, the bubbles give a nice little massage.
