Clairol Professional Beautiful Collection Semi-Permanent Hair Color with Zero Damage for All Hair Textures

Like the color, but packaging it terrible
I like this hair color. I’ve used it for years. The packaging and delivery is terrible. The Amazon box was cut on the top. The contents were thrown in. Some of the hair color leaked onto other items, that were thankfully covered in plastic. The hair color itself was just thrown in. I know these colors come in a nice box of six. I ordered groups of eight, but why rip them out of the original boxes? My last order was very nice. Each bottle was secured in plastic wrap and placed in the box that hold six. No leaks.

INCORRECT INFO YOU NEED TO KNOW
I finally found my perfect color, but it’s made in MEXICO, NOT the USA. The directions on the back are entirely in SPANISH. I don’t speak or read Spanish. And last, the color comes out of the bottle like WATER. It is NOT A CREAM FORMULA, as it states, so you have to be very careful how you apply the color or it will be all over your bathroom. I have reported this to Amazon several times & they have NOT changed the incorrect info.I have also learned after 3 applications that the longer you leave the color on your hair the more damage/dryness you will have. Label states 25 mins. processing time, I leave it on 15 mins.

Exceeded my expectations!!
I’ve been coloring my roots now for the last few years. I’m a natural redhead and have no problem with the natural lightening of my hair due to age. However I have these two shocks of gray on either side of my crown area that I’m not ready to embrace. Think Bride of Frankenstein. I’m trying to grow my hair out and make it a little more healthy. I’m 55 years old so my hair damages a little more easily.I applied this to dry hair and combed through. Put on a disposable shower cap and waited the 25 minutes. I used my dishwashing gloves to apply. In the shower I rinsed, shampooed with my Biotin color safe shampoo and conditioned from root to tip. I always air dry my hair because it’s naturally wavy and I don’t have to do much to get the look I like. I use a heat protector because I get a lot of sun.The color did not rub off on my towel or my pillowcase when sleeping. I also wet it in the shower this morning as I usually do. No significant color loss or difference. And my hair feels like it has had a deep conditioning from the salon. I was using a color depositing conditioner from another brand but they discontinued it in my local drugstore and the price is always different on Amazon. Plus it a little drying.I’m so glad I gave this a try. I used honey blonde as my hair is a strawberry blonde color now and the blending was seamless. My roots look so natural for once. And when someone asks me if I color my hair I’m going to tell them I use this and I’m so happy with it.

I added this to my overly blond highlights thinking it would tone them as promised, well now I have orange hair! Thank God i had dawn blue dish soap on hand to help wash some of it out!

It’s not worth as it is so tiny , the only benefit is you can apply as such no need to mix or no mess , after using this I could not see a good coverage to my grey hair , might be its mild or good in long run because it is a professional hair color and someone from the salon recommended to use professional hair colors over the box ones so it’s ok to have a less coverage with less damage to hair and hair don’t look awkward but more natural, the shade given in picture and in actual is very different as my hair looks more black after using this but I was in search of different color tone thats fine for now but I will not buy next time because it is expensive with less coverage and less benefits.

Maybe it takes more time but after several weeks, there’s no noticeable difference.
