Does not work for eyelids.
I was hoping that I had found a product that would help with crepey hooded eyelids. It said it can be used on eyelids and most products say not, so I was hopeful. I do not have undereye bags so I cannot speak to that. This seems to be a reputable company, but I missed the return deadline by a few days due to illness. I did want to give it a chance. The pictures seem promising for undereye bags, so I say go for it. Just watch your return deadline if you do not get results. This is not a cheap product but seems to be in line with most high-end brands. If you get results, it is worth it.9-20-24 Update. City Beauty saw my review and contacted me with a refund offer. I was quite surprised but that is how a reputable company should respond. Very impressed. I would endorse this company. They stand behind their products which shows me they believe in them. Bravo!

Works beautifully
First off, don’t let the price prevent you from using this treatment – you totally get what you pay for. You only need a little bit and one tube lasts about 2-3 months if used as recommended, or up to 6 months if you only use it a few nights a week. Although you see skin firming and some lift within half an hour after applying, this is NOT just a temporary fix; with continued regular use you’ll notice lasting uplifted results on drooping hooded lids.

No difference after two tubes
I had high hopes for this lifting treatment but after using two full tubes, I see no difference. The product is thick, so I just put it on my fingers and tap it in around my eye area. It does moisturize, but I do not see any lifting effect.

I bought this product last October (2023) and used a few times, saw no difference, so it went in a drawer. Several months later, I discovered the tube and started using it before bed and WOW! One day I looked at my eyes and thought, “what’s different? something is different??”. It’s my lids! They aren’t drooping, They’re tighter and smoother. Tried this and did not like it after some weeks. Ended up going with another less expensive cream.
I bought this cream hoping to help with my poor crepe-y eyelids that have developed as I have gotten older. I am hoping to handle this issue without having to get an eyelid lift. I used it once daily for about one month. I did not use it twice a day as the tube is quite small and I would have used it up fairly quickly and it is expensive. First it is a heavy cream. I did notice a very small improvement (I think) in the sagginess of my eyelids but then I started noticing a few small milia on my eyelids from the heaviness of the cream so I stopped using it and threw it out. I did not change any other routines with my skincare so those would have had to come from this cream. Would not recommend.

Product does not change appearance of skin at all. Very expensive worthless item. The 60day money back guarantee is a joke, it only applies to orders made directly through them, not orders through Amazon. Amazon window closes in 30 days not 60, so its dishonest of the company to offer this guarantee without it crossing over to where it’s purchased. Will never purchase from them again.
