Model No. 2 Carbon Fiber is an iconic pocket and travel comb that’s also a highly acclaimed beard & mustache comb. The patented fine-tooth design has a loop at the end to hold the comb, or to hang it up after use.
Makes a great daily use styling comb, especially for fine or thinning hair. For facial hair, it helps straighten and prevent ingrown hairs, and helps evenly distribute hair and beard care products. At 4″ (10 cm) long and 1.25″ (3.2 cm) high, it easily fits in your pocket or travel bag.
Made of an amazing carbon fiber composite that’s smooth, light, and strong. Unlike most combs, it’s also naturally anti-static, and heat- and chemical-resistant. Made in USA.

Customers say
Customers appreciate the comb’s compact size, quality, and effectiveness. They find it small enough to carry in their pockets and say it works well for beards and hair. The rounded ends make carrying it easy. Many customers praise its high-quality feel, static dissipation, and snag resistance. However, opinions differ on value for money and carbon fiber material.

The pocket comb that comes in handy for travel or windy days.
So youâre thinking, âbig deal, itâs a combâ, right?Well, sure, I get it. But what if itâs the perfect comb for quick fixes, travel, and dates?Think about it: itâs windy out, you fixed your hair up, and now just 30 seconds outside to get to the car or a cab or inside your destination and itâs a disaster your fingers and a window reflection canât fix so easily? Or you just got off an 8 hour flight to Ireland and youâve got mussed hair from sleeping on a travel pillow, your hood up, and have dinner plans in an hour? A little pocket comb that always has straight teeth, refuses to bend, fits in your pocket and works as intended with an easy to grab loop built in, thatâs what this little marvel did for me on that exact same travel situation I just mentioned. I stopped in the airport bathroom, wet the comb down and it reactivated the small amount of hair product I had in my short hair back to life, looking fresh and groomed for my dinner with friends. When the company talks about how strong it is, itâs no joke. The teeth while still ever so slightly flexy just wonât bend out of shape. You can bang the comb on the side of a sink to get the excess water off without fear of damaging it in the slightest. It also doesnât have ramped grooves between the teeth to catch foreign material like other combs doâitâs easy to spot and said hard rapping on the side of a sink will easily dislodge the material. Incredibly easy to clean and takes scalding hot water like a champ without any sign of warping. If thereâs a drawback, itâs that the length wonât comb your hair in one or two passes like a traditional comb willâbut think about it: how long really is your comb with two different sized sections? This takes the tighter-knit side and loses the other half. Itâll take 4-8 passes to get your hair in order, but if youâre taking the time already to tighten up your look, then this wonât matter one bit.Made stateside, it costs a bit more for such a tiny comb, but youâll never need another travel comb for the rest of your lifeâitâll last through multiple owners, itâs that good.

Awesome comb
I’m buying a second one to have at home/ work. Price went up since I last purchased but worth the extra $$. Really straightens out my beard well. It’s light but extremely well made and has a nice quality feel.

Amazing small comb that my beard has needed for years!
Iâve used many combs, brushes and products on my beard over the years, trying to tame fly away hairs. I donât know what it is about this small comb, but it works wonders on my medium sized beard. My beard is more manageable and fly aways are almost gone with continued use. I even eliminated beard balm and only use beard oil now. My beard has never looked better! I just wish the comb was about an inch longer. Thatâs why iâm giving a 4 star rating. I tried the Chicago comb model 3, which has the same size of teeth and is 1.5 inches longer. However, the model 3 comb has a slight arch in the middle of the comb and didnât seem to leave my beard looking as good. The model 2 is straight all the way across. Maybe thatâs what makes the model 2 so unique for beards and mustaches? I love this comb!

I kept reordering the Chicago Comb model 1
The model 1 is just a little too big for my pocket, and I kept loosing them. This one is small enough for your pocket. There is no static build up as with a plastic comb, and it’s very sturdy.

Good Comb for beards/longer hair styling
Being a long haired man, helps maintain the frizzles and nappy-ness. Best part, fits in my pocket. Easy!

I travel light, at least I try to. This has been a great addition to my kit. It weighs nothing, so far it’s super tough and durable. I like that the hole ‘grip’ can be used to clip the comb in my backpack so it’s never misplaced. I have a Grizzly Adams beard and ride off road adventure motorcycles as they were intended. Things can get pretty ratty after a days ride. This comb will work everything out and have me looking civilized for a trip into town for dinner. Guys don’t tend to invest in grooming tools, this is a discreet small comb you can keep in your wallet, pocket, glove box or travel kit to tame the wilderness growing on your face.

Good size, very well made, my beard loves this comb.

Was soll man da groà sagen.
