This lotion gets rid of hangnails!
This lotion is great for getting rid of my hangnails and rough spots on my elbows or heels. I used it to try and get rid of the red bumps on the back of my arms (chicken skin or kp), but it didnât work for that. The lotion leaves a white residue or a dry feeling if I use it on my body or face, so I only use it on my nails and feet at night. It is the ONLY thing Iâve ever tried that gets rid of and prevents hangnails. No trimming needed!

my entire life iâve had issues with strawberry legs and just generally bumpy skin on areas prone to dryness. i literally used this once and it cleared up the bumps on an area that has had bumps as long as i can remember only 48 hrs later. i was so surprised it helped me so quickly, wish i had known this product existed sooner.this isnât a paid review or anything like that, i just genuinely love this product so much i had to leave a review to let people know how much it helps!

Definitely exfoliates, awful at moisturizing
If this is what they consider “mildly exfoliates”, I don’t want to know what a higher level of exfoliation would be. It exfoliated my dry skin so much, it hurt and then it did not provide any moisturization. My hands may have been smooth but they remained dry and painful. Get this if you want to exfoliate your skin. If you’re looking for something to moisturize your skin, don’t get this.

KP Lifesaver!!!
If you have KP on your face I highly recommend this product! It is 20% urea. I have some deposits that Iâm still purging out but itâs a night and day difference! And it has really calmed my skin down. I layer this with barrier cream at night. My skin is softer, more even toned as well.

Did not expect it to work so well, but it did
A couple years ago my dermatologist suggested a lactic acid lotion for actinic keratosis on my legs. Iâm in my 40s and itâs bad enough that I feel like I look like a little old lady in skirts. Well, I hated the lactic acid lotionâI canât stand the smell. It didnât seem like it was working anyway, but even if it did, the smell was so off-putting that I rarely wanted to use it. I got a new dermatologist (because I moved, not because I hated her lotion recommendation THAT much), and the new one suggested I try a urea lotion. Great, I thoughtâwith a name like that, this one will smell like pee instead of spoiled milk. But I got this one because I trusted the brand, even though I wasnât optimistic about the results Iâd getâand lo and behold, not only does it smell fine, but itâs actually working. My legs arenât perfect, but they no longer look like Iâm elderly before my time.Iâm honestly kind of amazed. Usually I buy products that have super-enthusiastic Amazon reviews and find that they work okay-ish. But this is a great product, for actinic keratosis at least.
