Recently, I decided to try Brickell Sea Salt Spray, and it promises to give you that effortlessly cool surfer hair and thought why not try it out. After using it for about a week now, I can confidently say that this product is as advertised.The application process is a breeze. The spray bottle evenly distributes the spray, so that it doesn’t end up with clumps or uneven sections in your hair. All it takes is a few spritzes, and you’re ready to style. The scent is refreshingly pleasant, and not overpowering like some other hair products I’ve tried in the past.What I love about the sea salt spray is its ability to add texture and volume to my hair without making it feel sticky, weighed down or super shiny. My hair instantly gets that natural, windswept look without the mess of gels or pomades.Another plus of the Sea salt spray is the product’s hold. It keeps my hairstyle intact throughout the day without feeling stiff or rigid. Trying new product lines
I’ve been on the hunt for a new product line to help with my hair but I only found this one from searching for facial washes.The product itself is rather nice. I have long hair but I’m not a huge hair product guy because of most hair spray smells. This one has a nice sea salt smell to it that I rather enjoy. The product added a little bit of a hold to play around with different styles but not something that couldn’t be easily rinsed out with a handful of water. I felt it did well adding volume and allowing me to style my hair without having to actually add any hair styling products so it gave it more of a natural wave and I could adjust the style throughout the day by just combing it in a different direction as well. Some people may call this disgusting but sometimes I have to go a couple of days where I can’t get to a good hot shower to clean everything up but this product did great when sprayed on a brush and then brushing it evenly through my hair to make it look more matte and less greasy as I went about my day.I actually saw a question about how it worked for facial hair so I did take a few days where I used it on my beard. It did a great job of holding it in place. One downside that I encountered was it kind of got sticky, as it is still similar to hair spray, so I wouldn’t want anyone to run their hands through my beard but it did a good job of adding volume as well as keeping my stray hairs in line and structured. Also the smell coming off my beard from the sea salt was a nice refreshing smell all day.Overall, I’d say it’s almost a 5 star for me and that’s simply because I’m a picky person. On delivery day, I got the product in the package and it was all wet as if it had exploded or leaked. The inside of the packaging was moist and sticky as was the item itself. It was an easy fix though, simply rinsed off the bottle and checked to make sure it was fine and it all looked like it was still perfectly sealed. If it was liquid from my bottle, it wasn’t much to notice any missing, and I haven’t had any issues with it since then.Overall, I will be buying again and checking out their other products.

Probably a great salt spray…
I have short-ish salt and pepper hair that i to like leave in a sort controlled/messy state. I live in NYC where the heat and humidity have been extra intense this summer. This salt spray doesn’t do much for my hair with this weather and leaves it frizzy – I use Brickell’s pomade all the time and works perfectly. I’m definitely going to try this salt spray again when it’s not as soupy outside. It might work better for longer hair than mine, too. Another note – there is no shine with this product. I prefer a little shine on my white hair, so might try combining it with another product. I’ve loved every other product I’ve purchased from this brand.

Works great. Super quick
Pretty much does what it says. Definitely gives some volume and texture to your hair; I have longish hair and it works pretty great – very quick styling which is nice. A couple sprays on top while it’s wet, rub your hands through it to style and you get a nice natural look with some staying power – and it’s super quick. I like using a few drops of hair oil too (I’ve used Brickell and olaplex, both good) and rub that in first, I think it gives it more moisturized textured look. A little goes a long way.

Ich habe schon viele solcher Sprays getestet. Entweder verkleben sie die Haare, riechen unangenehm oder bringen einfach nichts. Dieses hier hat eine feine, unaufdringliche Duftnote, verklebt die Haare nicht, erfrischt die Kopfhaut und macht einen lässigen Surfer-Look. Generell mag ich die Produkte von BRICKELL sehr gerne und dieses Spray hat mich nicht enttäuscht.

Il ne tient pas longtemps sur les cheveux, et l’effet texturant s’estompe rapidement. De plus, la petite quantité pour le prix en fait un investissement peu rentable, surtout si on l’utilise régulièrement. Dommage, car l’idée est bonne, mais la durée de vie et l’efficacité ne sont pas à la hauteur.
