I had no experience with flat irons, but I do now invest with Brazilian Blowout hair treatments at my local salon. I love my hair, and I’m in my mid 50’s! I get so many compliments on my hair, which is long (mid back length) and soft. I use the products and try to replicate and preserve what my hair looks like when I leave the salon. This flat iron is awesome. It heats up quickly. I love the cord!!! It never tangles. I’ve never burned my hair, but I’m careful. I’ve never burned myself or the counter. I travel with it. It works great on both coasts of the US. Once it’s turned off, it doesn’t take long to cool off to put away. I’ve had it 9 months, and it still looks brand new.

Only worked a few times
I purchased this for my daughter about a year and a half ago, but she only used it a handful of times before it broke. In spite of having it for awhile, if a product has rarely been used and breaks, it seems like one should be able to get a refund or a replacement — but that’s not an option with this. If I had purchased it at a salon (as I wish I had), they would make it right. I don’t recommend buying this product, even if you only use occasionally.

This is a quality product, as it should be at this price point. The temperature adjustment is really nice and allows you to easily set the temp just high enough to do the job so you avoid hair damage from excessive heat.

7 years with this straight iron
Iâve had this straight iron for over 7 years now and it still works! I purchased back in summer of 2017. I was worried when I first bought it I remember reading some reviews saying it stopped working after awhile but Iâve had no problems with it

Worked really well but broke after 10 months of use
This flatiron worked really well for 10 months then just stopped working. This is the second time Iâve purchased this flatiron, but the previous one lasted me YEARS. I was surprised when this flatiron kept turning off mid-use then eventually stopped working all together. I was pretty disappointed but it was great while it lasted!

Amazing product, warranty and customer service!
I wish I could give them a higher review! AMAZING. I’ve had mine for a few years now and the on button stopped responding. I forgot to register the product, but since I purchased it on Amazon I still had proof of purchase and registered it. A few days later I called the company to report the issues I was having. Within five minutes the phone call was over and a brand new iron was en route. I received it yesterday and it’s even a newer version than the one I had previously purchased. I am an individual, not a stylist so the previous review about the company not warrantying the product to individuals is false.
