CYCLEASE works GREAT and works FAST! I take one tablet two or three times during the day, and occasionally one at night. Alleviated my hot flashes, flushing, and night sweats almost ENTIRELY within the first week! Also REALLY helps with irritability and brain fog. Definitely works better FOR ME than prescription estrogen and has NONE of the side-effects (talk to YOUR health care provider, of course.) Very affordable, under $30 for a three to four month supply. Buy all three Cyclease products for peri, not just the menopause one.
I asked ChatGPT to suggest homeopathic remedies I could take for specific peri symptoms and it suggested a list of about ten individual remedies, each that work on one or two symptoms. I could have gone out and bought ten Boiron individual remedies but most of the remedies it suggested are present in the Boiron Cyclease line, PMS, Cramps, and Menopause. I bought packs of all three and a symptom I had been having for over three months stopped on a dime. I took all three remedies at the same time twice a day for about three days and then after that decreased the dosage to once a day. If you want to drill down a bit more, because everyone is different, give an extremely detailed description of your symptoms, when they started, how long they lasted, if they came and went for the entirety of your peri journey, literally from day one or when you estimate day one to be. And then keep clarifying with ChatGPT to get even more targeted answers. You are looking for it to go past the generic answers it would give and give you personalized advice. Once you have that, check Cyclease and see if you can get away with not buying all three. Given that it’s worked for me I will probably continue to take all three daily or perhaps every other day. For women who can’t take anything that resembles a hormone, even eat a soybean, Cyclease is great. And, if you are thinking you don’t need to buy the cramps version, think twice. The remedies in it line up with menopause symptoms exactly. It’s just marketed for cramps. Of course, it goes without saying, this is no substitute for a doctor’s visit. I think every women should be checked out from time to time given all of the crazy things that peri does to your uterus. There are very serious things that could be going on. But, if you check out ok, this may be a solution for you. I have a doctors appointment scheduled myself.

Tried every thing to ease menopause!
The only help I’ve found to ease menopause symptoms is this and an expensive Chinese formula that I have to get through an acupuncturist. So I’m going back and forth between the two. But I would definitely recommend this for at least 3 weeks at a time. My hot flashes went down considerably. And they were awful before – sometimes 8-10 a night! I couldn’t sleep being interrupted all the time. Also, I could not take anything with black cohosh in it because it causes my heart to race badly, and that’s a major ingredient in other remedies. So I would definitely recommend this, especially if you’ve tried other things without relief.

The product for me does what it says. I had a total abdominal hysterectomy so no hormones here. Before the product I would sweat all night waking up 4-6 times a night barely resting waking up tired. After using this product I wake up 1-2 times a night and the sweats are little to none.
