My dental hygienist recommended this. It seems to work. Well, it does help, but my wife (who has also been using it) says that it stains the Corian countertops that we have in the bathroom. Thus, we are keeping a washable rag under the bottle. The bottle we bought is 32-ounces, so at the start, it was a little difficult to get out just 15 ml as some initial doses.
