Hawaii for a month and no sunburns!
All I will say about this sunscreen is I brought my pale-ass family of 4 (2 adults, 1 toddler, 1 baby) to Hawaii for a month. We used this sunscreen every day and got zero sunburns!Okay, Iâll say more. I love that I felt comfortable enough with the ingredients to use it on my children. Itâs a mineral sunscreen so it does take effort to rub in, but it was worth it for us. We would just apply it to the kids sans-clothes and then dress them once it had soaked in. Itâs definitely water resistant because we did a lot of swimming (making sure to reapply it after swimming was done).

Best Sunscreen. No eye-stinging!
A friend turned me on to this sunscreen and it is the ONLY sunscreen I use now. It rubs on smoothly, absorbs quickly and is not overly thick. I sometimes use this instead of my facial moisturizer in the morning if I know I’ll be out in the sun for a while. Other mineral sunscreens cause sweat to pop out and sit on top of the sunscreen on my face, but this doesn’t happen very much with this brand. I have problems with sunscreen making my eyes burn to the point where I can’t see through the tears and inflammation. That happens with other hypo-allergenic sunscreens but not with this brand at all. What a relief! I bought some for my mother-in-law, who has not been able to wear sunscreen on her face for years until I gave her the Babo.

not really “sheer”
they claim that it’s sheer, but it’s really not. other than that, i believe it does the job.

Seems to work well
I have a UV sensitivity, meaning I can’t be exposed to sun for very long. So I always have sunblock in my purse. I prefer the mineral ones because of potential skin irritation (my skin can get very sensitive when in the sun).My biggest issue is most mineral sunblocks transfer the white film to clothes and well.. the car. Being the type of person who wears dark colored clothes (okay, black. Goths wear black) and having a black interior in my car (and I spend a lot of time in the car for work), getting white streaks all over everything is not ideal.I’ve noticed that this one doesn’t transfer a lot of white onto my clothes or anything that I come in contact with. A little bit, yes. There will always be something. But they meant it when they said sheer. My last sunblock left behind a lot of white on everything. And it does seem to do its job for blocking UV rays. I’m not the best for assessing that because even in the 90°+ weather, I wear long sleeves and pants (the sunblock is for extra protection for the covered skin, protection for the little bit exposed skin). But on the little skin that’s exposed, it seems to block as much as any other 50 SPF sunblock. I haven’t seen much tanning, though I do avoid exposure at all costs, when I can’t avoid it, the sunblock is working well.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Skin
Stop. This is the final boss of all mineral sunscreens. Look at the cover. It says extra sensitive skin. Not just sensitive, it says EXTRA. This scores 100/100 on Yuka, claims to only use healthy ingredients, so I had to check it out. Well, they weren’t lying. No allergic reaction and my skin looks Kdrama-ready. Meaning, without make up, my skin looks spotless like it was photoshopped. It hides zits and other imperfections, because I usually look like reptile from Mortal Kombat. Now I wear this even when there’s no sun. I look smooth and my mortal enemies can’t make fun of me for wearing make-up.You may look like a geisha for a few minutes after applying to your face since it’s zinc based… but after your skins absorbs it, you’re back to being your regular self.S-tier product. Wait… deja vu. I feel like I gotta go to Montauk and meet the girl from my dreams.

I tried a lot of different sunscreen. I have sensitive skin and some redness. This one is amazing on my skin and doesn’t make the skin white like others.
