Work great but wish the heat was 360
These heat up very quickly and the three settings are often much more than you would need. The only issue i have with them is that the heat is only radiated from the silver pad on one side of the unit. My use will be to hold these in my hands to keep my hands warm for things like sports games, halloween, etc. They would keep my hands warmer if they radiated heat from more areas than just on the one side.The charging is easy and it’s easy to tell what the battery status is. Took a few hrs to charge for the first time but they do seem to last pretty long.

These things are absolutely awesome. They fit in your palm easily. Heat up in a nano second. They have three settings. The third/hottest would be for those gloves that have hand warmer pockets. It’s a little to hot for my bare skin. I’ve left them on, low, in my coat pocket for at least 5 hours, and they were still working!!! How is that even possible?? I’ve bought a second pair, and plan to get more for Christmas presents. If you don’t buy these, It’s your loss. Did you see the price?? Perfect.

After two whole months of using these hand warmers (I got 3 sets), I think I’ve found some handy tips:1. They don’t have to be on constantly. Just turn them on, warm your hands, then shut them off.This will extend life between charges, or will last for a whole day.2. When I use them, I hold them tightly until my fingers are warm. It’s more efficient than having them loose in my pockets, and occasionally warming my fingers, which takes longer. Some people only need to warm up once, and they’re good for awhile. You don’t even need to set it on high.They have the advantage over the disposable ones (but I’ve never tried the re-usable chemical ones).

At the time of writing this review, this 2 pack of electric handwarmers costs $19.99.Hand warmers are essential for winter. Our winters can be as cold as -50c, so having any heat generating source helps so much.These are accurate in the heat they output. I used a thermal camera to check the heat. When sent to 45c, they output 45.1c. The heating time took around 1 minute, 21 seconds to go from off to fully saturated and heated.The heated area isn’t overly large. Instead of heating the entire hand warmer, it’s limited to a small rectangle on the “face” side of the warmer. This is good for heating fingers and palms, but not both at the same time. I have to rotate the heated area from my fingers to my palm back and forth to effectively warm up my hands.They fit well in gloves if you do not need to do anything with your hands. When I am using these, it’s usually while walking or waiting for work transport. When I shovel my yard, I’ll flip them to the back of my hands or leave them on in my pockets so I can quickly warm up my hands when needed.The price is easily the best part. One time use packs are usually 50 cents each, or a dollar per day. So these will pay for themselves in just 20 uses. These are also more evenly heated and consistent temperature compared to iron oxide warmers.Overall very satisfied with these hand warmers.
