Very good, not painful
I had surgery on my leg so my foot was horrific when I was finally out of a cast. These have two sides, a heavy duty rougher one to work thick callouses and a more gentle one once you’re working just the last little bit of tough skin.They were perfect for fully removing my old callouses and then I had some thin callouses close to my surgery scars, so very sensitive areas, and the delicate side worked for those.I easily cleaned these with soap and water in the shower and they’re a good size for my fairly small hands. I absolutely recommend these and plan to keep using mine on future callouses.

Soft Feet
These things are greatness. They’re awesome. They took off so much dead skin from my feet. When I finished with the scrubbing, it felt like I was walking on cushion of air. No more cutting up the sheets or having my sock stick to my heel. They do kind of come apart in the middle. There 2 sided and there is gluein the middle.

I absolutely love these Punise stones. They work really well and resolve well leaving no room for bacteria to grow on them. This is the only kind I buy due to there disposability.

The glue
The glue holding the two sides together isnât very strong. It started to loosen and eventually came apart after a month of weekly usage. The scrub is very good though. Iâll just glue the pieces back together and keep it pushing.

Bought this item and every time I used it to scrub my feet it would not do its job to remove my calluses on the heal. Quality of this product is not good because it also roughed up my hands leaving scratches on them after I used it. Would not recommended anyone to buy this. Hopefully if you are reading this review I saved you time and money.

Have used this quite often in the past 3 weeks and they’ve held up good. Some reviews said they broke easily but that has not been the case with me so far.

Not real stone
While it isn’t real stone it works decent. There doesn’t seem to be any difference in the two sides. The material does disintegrate, probably best as a one time use.
