Curled my daughterâs leave out and Burmese bundles nicely. Part of her leave out was damp/wet and still curled and didnât burn. One of the greatest purchases Iâve made. And barrel was long and holds thick pieces and does get hot fast.

Clamp didn’t hold my hair
I needed a curling iron, not a curling wand, or I would have kept this one. Unfortunately, the clamp did not hold my hair. I chose to ignore the other reviews that complained about the same issue, instead wanting to make up my own mind – sometimes, people complain just to complain. But no, it’s a problem. Maybe if you have thick hair at the ends, it would be okay for you. My hair has a lot of layers and so the ends tend to be thinner.Otherwise, it heated up quickly. It was nice they included a glove, which I would have used if it was a wand, but I was looking for a standard curling iron instead.
