I’m so happy to have found this oil. I have very dry hair, and I’ve used any number of deep conditioners, leave-in sprays, hair balms, hair treats, and oils to try to manage the flyaways on top of my head. After using this, my hair looks silky, and a noticeable number of the flyaways are gone. The highlights in my hair also pop a bit more, and my split ends look much better. I used two pumps of oil at a time on dry hair, starting with my scalp, and worked it into my full head of hair. It absorbed very well, although I did overdo it in a couple of spots since it looks a little too slick. I ran a brush through it and it’s fine. I have short, thick, wavy hair and ended up using 10 pumps.There are just two things that I didn’t like about this product. The smell reminds me of an old man’s aftershave. It’s not awful, but I really don’t care for it. I tried to mask it by applying a small amount of product that has a pleasant scent, but it didn’t work all that well. The other issue was that the oil didn’t come out neatly from the bottle, but sprayed a bit despite it being a pump. It ended up on my shirt, which I wasn’t expecting since I was aiming directly at the palm of my hand.Overall, I’m very happy with this oil, but next time I won’t use it all over my head due to the smell.
