Works well
This toner seems to be a dupe of âThe Ordinaryâ brand toner which comes in an almost identical bottle with a conical applicator lid. The labels are not exactly the same, but theyâre close. The color of the liquid is a bit lighter than that of âThe Ordinaryâ.The toner works well and feels very gentle to apply. Itâs great for removing dirt and leaves my face feeling extra soft.I appreciate that the toner is shipped with a flat cap and the applicator tip is included separately so that the applicator does not crack or break due to potential rough handling during shipping (I had this happen with a different product).I am always sceptical of unknown cosmetic products from China so that may be something to consider when deciding if this is the product for you.

Affordable and Effective: A No-Frills Glycolic Acid That Works
This glycolic acid product is simple, effective, and offers fantastic value for the price. You get a generous amount of product, making it a budget-friendly choice for anyone looking to incorporate glycolic acid into their skincare routine. The packaging is thoughtfully designed with a convenient dispenser nozzle, making it easy to apply directly to your face or palms without any mess. After using it, my skin feels nourished, refreshed, and noticeably smoother. Best of all, it didnât cause any irritation or breakouts, which can be a concern with other products in this category. If youâre seeking a straightforward glycolic acid treatment that delivers results without breaking the bank, this is a great pick!

Surprisingly Gentle
This harsh winter that left my skin feeling dull and rough, this toner became an unexpected saver. One night after noticing some uneven texture around my cheeks, I decided to give it a try. The first swipe with a cotton pad was cool and soothing, and I could feel it gently working without any stinging. By the next morning, the rough patches seemed less noticeable, and my skin had a bit more glow than usual. The aloe vera in the formula felt like a small hug for my skin, balancing out the exfoliation without leaving it dry. Over the next few uses, my pores looked a little tighter, especially around my nose, which is always a problem area. I was careful not to use it on a small patch of peeling skin near my forehead, and Iâd recommend anyone with sensitive areas to do the same. The fact that itâs unscented was such a bonus since I didnât have to worry about clashing with my moisturizer or other products. This toner felt like a perfect refresh for skin that needed a little extra care after a tough season.

Includes excellent instructions for use!
I’ve just started using this product so can’t speak to the long term effects, although Glycolic Acid is well known for its anti-aging properties. This is a plastic bottle, well packaged with complete instructions printed on the box so don’t discard until you are familiar with using the product. The bottle itself has a plastic plug to prevent leaks and needs to be removed before using. The dispenser is a fine tip, to avoid spilling or using too much, and the plastic cover keeps it from air between uses. Recommended use is 2-3 times a week, preferably at bedtime, and always use a good moisturizer following application.

get the real thing
i have been using the ordinary exfoliating toner for several years. ordered this toner, thinking it was made by the ordinary. it is not. this product is a copy of “The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner”. from the design of the bottle, to the label, to the product claims. the picture is deceiving. the bottle is not the size shown. for $7.99 listed price, you will get a small travel size 100ml bottle. this is the case of buying a copy from an unknown company, when one can get the real thing for the same price. the real deal was in production for many years, very popular, with 1000’s positive reviews. cannot recommend this product.

Get the larger size
To match the picture you need to get the larger size otherwise the smaller one is perfect for travel. I got this beforehand and I adore the uses I got out of it. With a cotton ball I used it for armpit deodorizing (no need for an actual deordant) and it got rid of all smell throughout the day. I also used it with a cottonball 20min before taking a shower on my scalp and shampooing it out. It extends my hair health so much longer in keeping away dandruff and oil. The remaining use is for my neck to keep it smooth. All three uses made me go through the smaller bottle faster. I think it’s a good exfoliant and i would recommend it.

Smooth and Hydrated
This Glycolic Acid toner is fantastic. I use the name brand version of this product and this surely is a great dupe! Hasn’t left any irritation or issues with my skin. Use it on my face with a cotton pad before bedtime and prior to me using moisturizer. My skin looks more radiant and feels smoother as well.

Leaves skin feeling soft.
With this being an acid, I expected it to sting a bit. It did not. Rather, it felt soothing. It has a liquidy velocity that is a bit thicker than water, and slightly “gel” like feeling. The nozzle makes it easy to use on a cotton mall without potential contamination of the contentents. As I’m getting older, the astringents I previously used were either a bit too drying on my skin, or felt like they weren’t doing anything. This feels a bit moisturizing. It leaves the skin slightly sticky at first, but that goes away after 30 min or so, feeling soft, plumped skin.
