Made for a woman and actually works!!
I was seriously ready to give this a mediocre review, and all ladies know why. Usually, things made specifically for women are more pricey, less effective, and pink. This is none of that.I’ve been using beard trimmers since the 90s, before they started marketing “bikini groomers” to women. They worked great. When the ladies’ products came out, quality dropped. With this 2 in 1 shaver, none of that is a problem. It has great power and totally does the job it’s supposed to. The guards clip on easily and slide along a groove to adjust length. The other end is great for the beard and mustache that grow as you collect years.The only thing I had a problem with is getting the cover off. It’s likely user error, but I’ll figure that out next time. I was kind of bummed about the guards being separate pieces, especially since this doesn’t come with a bag, but it’s not as big of a deal as I expected.All in all, this is a great product that takes care of everything. It eliminates the need for multiple hair removal devices. Total WIN!!

Works well
The cover for the shaver doesn’t come off easily. It’s really stuck on and if you twist to try to remove it, well it just twist the shaver head off. I finally had to get a flat head screwdriver and pop the cover off. This was just a tad annoying.This two in one trimmer / shaver works well. Charges via USB-C and comes with a usb-cable but no power brick. One button turns on the trimmer and another button turns on the shaver. You can have both trimmer and shaver on at the same time. Comes with two different size combs for the trimmer. One comb is 3-6mm & the other is 9-12mm.

Decent Shaver But…
This is a nice smaller shaver. It works well and is very portable. However, their packaging needs to be addressed. There is no protection from the buttons in the box. I heard some buzzing and realized that somehow it had been switched on before I had even opened it. This isn’t good as it could receive unnecessary wear prior to the end user receiving it.

Quality and Performance
What a great multipurpose razor. This is my first electric razor and such a great addition to adding to a busy working woman’s tool kit for self care.The color is more silver to me and the hand set feels very comfortable in hand with its design.Being able to quickly shower and clean up is important for a busy life.The inclusion of trimmer clipper limit combs is nice but not tools I require.The instructions state to lubricate blades after each use, however they don’t share information on what that entails, nor is any razor lubrication included, so for some users that may be a foreign topic. The instructions also don’t include information on attaching clipper limit combs.The cap on the blade side is hard to get off but in time maybe it will get easier.Overall a great razor and quality for the price.

Love having both tools in on unit.
What I didn’t like was having to pry off the plastic cover with a knife. Nice that it isn’t just falling off but that was a little much. AND the buttons are too easy to hit while handling the unit. I was constantly turning on the other head while trying to use the shaver.Other than that, both heads work really well. The convenience of having both in one unit is fantastic. I do think they should have sent a small packet of oil since they recommended oiling it after each use.

The clippers clog easily. The close shave end(opposite end) is decent. The whole body feels cheap plastic and light. Battery run time is fine. Too expensive and poor performance. Not a great combination.

Cant get cover off rotary end
I was only able to test out one side of this Akunbem 2 in 1 Women Electric Shaver with the dual head because no matter how much pressure I applied I couldn’t remove the round plastic cover off the rotary end of the shaver. The normal trimmer side of the device works fine, but I really wanted it to use the rotary double ring end of the shaver, not just the standard clipper end. I spent a fair amount of time trying a lot of different methods to get the plastic cover off the one end with no luck.It does charge up quickly with the provided USB cable and I really appreciate the fact the shaver can be used in the shower. If I do manage to finally get the cover off, I will update this review.
