3.5 Stars. I like these hand warmers, they heat up fast, and have been great these last couple of weeks. But we haven’t hit the really cold temps of winter yet, so I’ll come back to update if my opinion changes.The claim on their website is that you can expect up to 16 hours of continuous warmth. I’ve tested each of them multiple times, but I can only get between 8-8 1/2 hrs for each hand warmer, on the lowest setting. It’s funny. One hand warmer is consistently giving me almost exactly 8 hrs, while the other has ranged between 8 h 30 min and 8 h 45 mins. So maybe they mean if you use one at a time, you can get about 16 hours of warmth?For your information, I also let them run on the highest setting, and both gave me consistently 6 hours (+/- 5 mins) of run-time each.With regards to the temperature settings. Some people on their reviews are saying they have 4 settings. Mine has only 3: 113° F, 122° F, and 131° F, which is consistent with the included instruction booklet. In terms of temperature range, what I’m seeing is not consistent with what they say on this website. The website states that these will provide 104 ° F to 122 ° F.Charging: these take just under 3 hrs to charge from 0%.I like that the warmers come in a fancy little gift box, and includes a little gift card. So gift giving is pretty much a no brainer here.Aesthetically, I like the shape. They’re sleek and are lower profile than a previous set that I got, and I like that. Why? Because ski gloves typically should not have too much excess room otherwise, you’re wasting precious body heat. With these warmers being a slimmer profile, they don’t feel overly bulky in my ski mitts. I’m not saying they’re the most comfortable when you need to also wrap your hands around your ski poles, they make for a tight fit, but it’s doable. Yay. I don’t need to buy a larger pair of ski mitts so I can use these!If you’re just out for a hike or walking the dog, these are great to have in your pocket for a quick warm up. I’ve been keeping them in my pockets while I do my fall garden cleanup. They’ve been great for those tasks where I need to take my gloves off, I just stick my hands in my pocket for 10+ seconds and I’m good to go.Overall, I’m happy with these hand warmers so far. Luckily, I don’t typically ski for more than 6 hours, so as long as I fully charge them before I go out, I should be ok. I hope the lowest setting will be enough to keep my hands warm. We won’t be getting snow for at least another month or more, so I won’t be able to test them on the slopes until then.

I am always looking for ways to stay warm. I often work outside and I have never been able to do intricate work with gloves on. The problem is my hands would get cold and I would have to go inside to warm them before I continue my work. I thought these hand warmers would be a solution to this problem.The hand warmers arrived very well packaged. This is a 2 pack of hand warmers and they come in a very giftable box.Included in the package is a double USB cable for charging both warmers at once and a user manual.There is also a nice red gift card that you can use if you give these hand warmers as a gift. With the card, there is a sheet with some stickers on it for customizing the card.Another really cool thing is the black sticker provided that turns clear when you add heat to it. You can write a message on the card, and place the black sticker over it, and when they place one of the hand warmers on or behind the sticker it goes clear revealing the message. Very cool.These hand warmers have a single button for turning them on. You can select one of 4 heat levels and the temperature is shown on the LCD screen. You can turn this to Fahrenheit or Celsius. The display also shows you exactly how much battery life is left.These hand warmers heat up very quickly. Faster than any I have tried before. They are small enough to put in your pocket or gloves. I keep them in my pockets and when my hands are cold I reach in my pocket and warm up my hands.I am very happy with this package of 2 hand warmers. The price is unbelievable for what you get and great value for your money.I do recommend these for personal use or they also make a great gift.

With the cold weather coming, these will come in handy to keep hands warm while doing outdoor activities. They can even be given as a gift as they are packaged in a Christmas gift box and there are even Christmas-themed stickers and a card inside.There are two rechargeable hand warmers in the package. Each contains a 3200mAH rechargeable battery and each hand warmer measures about 3.25 inches H x 2 inches W x 0.5 inches D. The heating area itself measures 2 in x 1.5 in and is on only one side of the hand warmer. On the backside of each unit is a digital display that shows alternately the temperature setting and the battery charge level.There are three temperature settings: 113°F, 122°F, and 131°F (or 45°C, 50°C and 55° C –the displayed units are changeable by the user). The heat setting is selected by short pressing the single button which also turns the unit On/Off. The hand warmers do warm relatively quickly when turned on, but the manufacturer’s claim of a 1 second heat up time is a little bit optimistic–more realistically about 4-5 seconds to feel any heat and about 12 seconds to reach full heat. While testing these inside the house, I found the lowest heat setting (113°F, 45°C) to be sufficient for me. However, when outdoors in the cold winter this may change. The highest setting is a little too warm to hold for a long time but would work if you kept them in your coat pocket and warmed your hands from time to time with them. Also, if using while wearing gloves, the higher temperature setting may be necessary to be able to feel the heat through the gloves, as these warmers are too big to put inside the glove.The manufacturer claims that a full charge should be able to provide up to 16 hours of heating at the lowest temperature setting. In my quick testing, I charged the hand warmer to 100%, and then left it on at the lowest temperature setting. Both hand warmers gave similar results: one lasted just over 6 hours before the battery showed 0%, the other died at 6 hours. While this is likely sufficient duration for most outdoor activities, it is far from the claims of 16 hours.I think these are practical little gadgets to have, either for yourself or as a stocking-stuffer gift. I am a little disappointed by a couple of the exaggerated claims made by the manufacturer. 3.5/5 stars
