nice cream my jar was not probably sealed pump open probably someone else’s return
The product seems fine and smells nice. The jarhad no plastic seal I feel like I got somebody elses that returned it.. at least say, jar is new, but no seal or something and give me a discount.The pump was already open and ready to go..which I think confirms I got somebody’s return anyway, I bought a whole bunch of these and every type,all were sealed tight, except one jar.. i got retinol, collagen, vitamin C, hydroponic acid and they all seem very nice especially the Rose smelling one.. I did feel immediate softness in my skin. they’re definitely that thicker type of moisturizer.. I don’t like that because I don’t feel my skin breathing so I’ll probably use it after I get out of the shower and put it on my skin while it’s still wet.I think if you have severe dry skin, it’s very good.if you don’t like that thick heavy feel I love my Neutrogena body lotion, and face pump. I still get that soft absorbing feeling without the heaviness. I know one person. I swear has a softest supple skin ever because without fail, this person moisturizes every single night or every chance he gets so wherever you sit the most, that’s where you should put it.I’m older, so I definitely like to use it on my knees, my elbows the back of my thighs and my neck to my chest..it really sucks that I can’t contact the seller and then I have to make a public statementeverything usually goes very well on Amazon. i’m not returning it because I used afirm and it’s such a hassle to get refunds. I don’t think the jar was contaminated or messed with, but it does make me uncomfortable of the possibility.

UPDATE:After I closed the pump, I could not get it to open back up. I contacted Advanced Clinicals and they showed me a video of how to open the pump. But the pump they showed in the video is a newer different version from the one that I had on my lotion container. They ended up sending me a replacement pump. So I’m good now. I deducted one star because the Amazon experience has not been good with broken containers and poor quality pumps, but the lotion is amazing and if you ever get a good container with a pump that works you should be really happy with your purchase.PREVIOUS REVIEW:If you order this lotion, take my advice and only order it from the Amazon third party seller “MWsales”. They do a terrific job of wrapping and packaging the lotion container, so it will arrive safe and sound. If you look at the pictures and reviews, you will see that 99% of the other third party sellers do a very poor job of packaging the lotion containers and they will arrive busted and cracked with lotion leaking all over the place. It actually happened to me too. Mine busted in transit and had to be returned to the shipper before it ever arrived at my place. But I saw the reviews for “MWsales” were good, so I gave them a try and they did a terrific job.I spent my entire life not using lotion at all. I eventually started using lotion on my feet, but I don’t apply it that often. I have known for many years that my face could use some lotion. It’s apparent in the winter time when I look in the mirror and see how dry it looks, especially if I have been blowing my nose with tissue. There have been a few times when I would apply lotion to my face and dead skin would peel off my face which I think was also an indication that the skin on my face was too dry and not properly nourished.I tried various lotions on my face and they all sucked. They would be thick and unpleasant to apply to my face. And they would clog my pores and cause pimples. This year, I got to thinking that I need a really thin lotion that is almost like water. Then it wouldn’t clog my pores and it wouldn’t be as unpleasant to apply to my face. After a lot of research, I saw this Advanced Clinicals lotion and it looked perfect to me. From the pictures and videos, it looked to be a thin lotion. Because I ordered the Retinal lotion, it means it has Vitamin A and is good for the skin. And there are even other ingredients like Aloe Vera, etc. that are good for the skin. I had thought about getting a tiny tube of lotion, but when I saw the Advanced Clinicals lotion container, I decided that I like it better because it is a good size, will have enough lotion to last me a long time, and at a good price. It’s also easy to dispense the lotion, and I just like the overall appearance and design of the container (even though it busts and cracks easily during shipping).So I gave it a try, and the lotion has been great. I haven’t had a single pore clog up. I haven’t gotten a single pimple. The lotion is so fast and easy to apply. It is effortless to apply. It just glides on the skin and doesn’t take long to be absorbed. It’s not too thin and it’s not too thick. It’s just right and perfect. It leaves my skin feeling great right after I apply it. It doesn’t burn like some reviewers said. I haven’t had any allergic reactions to it. And it cures the dryness of my skin.I highly recommend this lotion. But remember to carefully choose which third party Amazon seller you order from. I recommend “MWsales”. Take the time to look at the customer pictures and reviews and you will see how there are countless customers who received this lotion container cracked and busted open. You don’t want to experience that. Or have to deal with delayed or cancelled shipping, or be forced to ask for a refund or have to return items. Save yourself the time and just order from a responsible third party Amazon seller to begin with.

I can’t say about tightening or firming because I haven’t used it long enough but the smell is divine and not greasy at all, penetrating the skin quickly, leaving the skin moisturized and silky soft. I will buy again just for those reasons.

Highly effective for me, I’m amazed
I lost 70lbs over the last year and although I feel much better internally, I was left with a ton of loose skin. I’m not quite ready yet for surgery, so I thought I would try this formula first. The formula is light and easy to massage in. I have been using it all over my body, but focusing on my tummy. The photo on the right is before my first application, and the photo on the left is today, after the 4th application. Maybe it’s in my head but I feel like there is 100% a difference in the stretch marks and plumpness of the skin. I’ll update in a few more weeks. 🙂

On my 3rd jar. Applies to the face easily. Not too heavy or thick and does a nice job moisturizing. Unfortunately my last jar arrived damaged which was annoying. Fortunately I had kept my old jar so I was able to transfer the cream. It was shipped in an envelope so the pump and lid were broken! Hopefully they’ll ship in a box next time with protection!
