Prefect for teen new to make-up
My daughter just hit 15 and is learning how to apply her make-up and uses these brushes daily. She has finally decided on her ‘go to’ set and I appreciate that this set had several so she was able to take a set with her to school and keep some at home. This set was inexpensive, sturdy but not tough, and the bristles did not come out like a set she was given a few weeks ago. I would buy these again and would use them myself.

You get what you pay for
I only paid $6 for 20 brushes, I already wasnât expecting glamorous brushes, so Iâm letting yâall know you get what you pay for. These brushes were cheaply made, like I said not a surprise there. 2 of them were already falling apart, the brush tip fell off, I guess it wasnât glued on correctly, and the other brush the bristles were falling off after I brushed it against the back of my hand once to feel how soft it was. Out of the 20 brushes I kept 18, and Iâve trimmed or made adjustments to 4 brushes to my liking. I will say the brushes are soft on my skin, none of them were rough. One did come with some dry glue on the brush but I just put it under some water to clean it off; the brush wasnât damaged so itâs fine. I tried them with some eyeshadow, and it did pick up the eyeshadow fine, blending was okay not the best but it did what I needed it to do so Iâm fine with it. I like the variety in sizes and shapes of the brushes, thatâs what I was mainly looking for, and I like the purple color. I just wish that they were glued on a little better.

This brush set and the price was hard to beat. Iâm 38 years old but I have never really practiced the art of makeup application. I thought this set of brushes would suit my needs just fine and they donât break the bank. I love the color of them (mint & black) The bristles are soft, they may feel a tad synthetic to someone with more experience than I have with different types of brushes but at the risk of sounding redundant, who cares because they didnât cost an arm nd a leg; I havenât had any bristles falling out on me yet. Even if they were to not last long, Iâm not going to be too upset because I paid under $5! I realized I had many eyeshadow and other powder makeup that I had no brush for and that led me to stop wearing it. Now my makeup wonât go to waste and I have enough that I can share them with my daughter without worrying about her ruining them. My 7 year old loves playing dress up and weâve already had fun with this set. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. I had to laugh when I saw a lady doing social media live stream makeup sales, show a brush kit, with the same amount of brushes you get here, they were selling for $299! I felt even happier that I got this set after having seen that. Give them a try. You donât have anything to lose, especially since Amazon is so good about making sure the customers are happy with their purchases. Iâll be buying a set in purple for my mom soon. Thatâs how much I like these and she was admiring them when I got them, so, I have to buy her some of her own. May even get my 7 year old her own set.

I like the price of it for the qty of 20.. however itâs more of a toddler size set.. smaller than expected but itâs like a paint set instead of makeup.. they are stiff and rough and not soft at all to apply makeup.. more like paint brushes instead.. and even then I have paint brushes that are way softer than these..you get a lot of the same brushes.. very disappointing, considering the reviews and the range of purchases.. will not buy again.. I bought this for my 10 yr old daughter who does makeup basically 3 times a week.. she does a phenomenal job since she does dance competitions and has started her makeup routine since way before that and these brushes are a complete joke to say that they work well from other peopleâs reviews and recommendations.. please at least be honest.. only good thing is the price and a qty of 20 but thatâs it. Not intended for professional makeup applications.. Do not purchase if you need really good makeup brushes..

Great to have in your collection, however they do come loose on the brush tips around the metal collar, yiu can push them back in, nice colour and great for a ay around without using your better brushes
