Does what is needed
It gets the job done. Itâs an exfoliating sponge. I use it when I need it. Only thing is I wish it came with a case or something. Itâs hard to keep it clean and store it so it doesnât get moldy or have bacteria all over it.

Glowing Skin!!
So glad I found this again thanks to a friend who reminded me that it still existed. I used Buf Puf many, many years ago. Donât know Walt I stopped but Iâm glad I found it again. My skin in thanking me r glowing every day. I have our on subscription and wonât let out get away from me ever again. Iâm not interested in chemical exfoliation so this works perfect and is gentle on me skin. Highly recommend that face and body puf. I use them both

Washing face
I wash my face with the buf and ROC so wrinkles do not show.. then I use buf with my neurogenia scrub to open up my pores. I am extremely happy.

Much harder than the gentle label would suggest
I was looking for a way to exfoliate more regularly outside of a shower scrub and came across this. My face was burning after the first go, it is deceptively harsh and I couldn’t tell I was hurting myself until I was done and I really don’t feel like I did it hard at all, maybe the same pressure you’d use with a wash cloth when you arent using it to scrub? DO NOT DO THIS! Luckily overnight with a heavy coating of Cetaphil reduced the redness and made my face feel more normal. The next time I used it I went so incredibly lightly I wondered if I was doing anything but that definitely seems to be the sweet spot. This isn’t something I think I could use everyday let alone the 2x a day the package says, its just too rough. The package advertises an extra gentle I went looking for but couldn’t find.I will say this is very easy to use and because of that you can use it more frequently but I was looking for something with mild exfoliation I could use to exfoliate more frequently but less harshly and this is quite harsher than my shower scrub even when I do it as light as I can. I could see myself continuing to use it and even purchasing it again but for my goal of exfoliating lightly every day, there doesn’t seem to be a way to do that with this.
