My sister will be happy!!
I have naturally curling and very stubborn hair. I normally let it dry naturally but from time to time I will blow it dry and curl it. Often, my curls will fight any curls I put in it using an iron but this one seemed to hold better than my ancient ones have. In the eighties I was in my prime and no one had big hair like I did and now I find myself wanting to tone the medusa down.My sister visits and because my old iron was over thirty years old and would literally burn your hair if you left it go very long, she has ribbed me a lot and normally packs her own. I have been trying to get her to skip the luggage and just do a personal item but in doing so she wouldn’t have the room for all her gear. Being the wonderful sister that I am I have now stocked up on blow dryers and this iron. THe color is beautiful.. kinda a lilac. It heats up quickly and has I think five heat settings that you adjust under the top rod. At the end of the iron it has a slide lock so you can set it closed.The best feature for me – the multiple heat settings based on your type of hair. The second best feature is the price. I have looked at some four times the price that do the same thing.

Pretty and Effective Ceramic Flat Iron Hair Straightener and Curler 2 in 1
My wife loves the color and the ease of using this ceramic curler (she uses this to add curls to her hair after shampooing her lovely medium length dark hair). It has 5 easy to set or adjust heat temperature: 284, 320, 356, 392 and 446 degree F. My wife told me she used the middle one 356 F and this ceramic iron curled up her hair nicely and with ease. She loved using this and praised it several times during and after using it. So, based on user experience. Highly recommend.

I’ve used a flat iron before but not one for curling. There is a bit of a learning curve that I found challenging but in the end it worked. Honestly though, I think I stick to straightening. The iron itself worked well. It was comfortable in hand. The controls were easy to work.
