Great for loose powder, not so much for pressed
This is a very nice, high quality brush. It is very thick, soft and smooth. It would be great for loose powder. I bought it because I had read some reviews that said it worked well with pressed mineral powder. I use Pur Minerals 4 in 1 foundation and the brush is too soft and will not pick up the powder. I have to go back to my old chisel brush.

Lovely Brush
I immediately tried this with a finishing veil powder and was please with the application. I’ve had my other for years until the handle finally fell off and may go through withdrawal from it but I wanted this for that sheer powder and it worked great!

Fluffy soft brush but doesn’t pick up product well.
I purchased for using bronzer/highlighgter (I’m pale) and it doesn’t pick up much product. Probably good for blending or loose powder but for cheek color or bronzer it wasn’t effective.
