I’ve been a buyer on Amazon for over 25 years and I have to say—the seller of this H20Floss is the best I’ve ever encountered! First off, the flosser is amazing! It works 10000x better than I expected–I really feel the cleanliness and freshness of my teeth after using it, much more so than regular floss–and it keeps its charge for nearly 3-4 weeks of twice daily use! This flosser also comes with a regular wall socket adapter so one can charge it easily in the wall rather than just via USB port!!! That is a VERY good thing! It charges in about 3-5 hours and after that, lasts for 3-4 weeks! WOW! It has several ‘speeds’ in which you can choose how strong you want the water floss to hit your teeth/gums and several different tips to reach in any area of your mouth! It even comes with a travel bag!!! :faints: And all for an incredibly unbeatable price!!!!! I truly can’t say enough good things about this item–it works above and beyond what I expected and I expected a lot. :)Now, the customer service! After 6 months, I received a kind email from the seller (H20floss) asking how the product was and if I had any questions or needed any help with the flosser!!! That is amazing on its own—that the seller cared enough AFTER SIX MONTHS to contact me, to make sure all was well!! Have you EVER had a seller do that for you? WOW! I didn’t really have any issues at the time, but about 2 months later, (8 months after purchase), the flosser started to have a MINOR problem in that the tips were a bit difficult to get to remain in the unit. I thought I had the tip in securely but it would fly up when I turned on the flosser and spurt water everywhere. It wasn’t a HUGE issue, but a bit annoying and I’d have to then make SURE the tips were inside the unit’s head super securely to make sure this didn’t happen often. So I remembered that email the seller sent me a couple months back and replied, explaining the minor problem but also that I loved their product and its results on my teeth/gums! Instantly, I mean within hours, the seller replied asking some questions to clarify the issue and then when I explained a bit more, they offered a refund or replacement!!!!!! :faints: I clearly love the item so I opted for the replacement, which arrived in 24 HOURS! :faints again: Finally, just yesterday, the seller emailed again, letting me know the item was delivered safely and that they hope I was satisfied with their product and customer service aftercare!!! Oh boy, am I ever! I still can’t believe how incredibly generous, fast and kind this seller is! They really stand behind their product–which is amazing in itself, truly one of the best purchases I’ve made on Amazon, or anywhere—and they really care about their customers! Perfect teeth cleaner
This product is amazing where i can clean my teeth between the teeth. Very small and tiny particles can be removed with this product. I havent used it before i was scared before using. But this product is perfect start to begin with. The modes of the dispenser is very clear with pressure. It is very handy and can be carried so travel friendly. It is bery affordable. Charging lasts very long without stopping while im using. The water container is so good with the quantity so that i dont have to stop and refill it again. Happy with the product.ðð

Works but not excellent
This water flosser works good. However, it’s not as good as previous model we had, but that one only lasted about 2 years but worked great in that time-frame before the pump gave out. None of the floss head work as well as the previous unit. Water jet seems to splash much more than having a nice a nice fine jet. Also, the power indicator LEDs don’t have power designations noted on the unit and every time unit is shut off, the unit defaults to minimum power so you need to figure out which LED indicator is the one that works best for you each time you use it. One last gripe is that the water reservoir seems small as water runs out quickly. One big plus is the nice weighted intake tube which allows for unit to properly empty the reservoir on each use.

My waterpik broke down and i decided to get a new one and this h2o floss came out. Its quality is better than i expect.Compared to traditional floss, a water floss is much easier to use, especially for those with dexterity issues. Just fill the water tank, choose the preferred pressure setting, and aim the nozzle between your teethHighly effective, Gentle on Gums, Easy to Use, Multiple nozzles and pressure settings for personalized cleaning. Portable Options Available: Compact models are available for travel.Overall, this H2o water floss is a good buy for anyone serious about their oral hygiene, highly recommended

We love these flossers. They get out big and small particles from between your teeth! They make your mouth feel clean. If one tip doesn’t work for you, try a different one. They provide a great selection of tips and a nice case for the tips. They also provide a well made zip fabric case for the flosser for travel. We had been buying flossers from a popular company. Over the years, they became more cheaply made. The last one we ordered went out after one month and they had changed their policy to “No Returns”. We highly recommend this flosser. The price is great. We paid half for this flosser of what the other flossers cost on sale.

I need to correct my review since the company is offering me a full refund for this one. I already ordered a new one and received it.. haven’t tried it yet but I do know it’s one of the best on the market with the varying speeds and the new tank is easy to clean.. this is what I was looking for.. thank you H2oflossMy mistake not to use it right away. I purchased it last January. I did have a problem getting the reservoir to open. I decided it was time to use it .. filled the reservoir through the opening. Fully charged turned on, turned hit the many different cycles, water doesn’t come out. I hear the motor, see the lights but no spray. So very disappointed. My mistake for not testing it immediately. Learned a lesson…

I had 3 top of the line Waterpiks WP-560 fail on me within 1 year and 2 of them had been replaced under warranty, so when the warranty ran out, I was not gonna shell out another hundred bucks for a new one when it kept failing.It kept dying while in the charger, otherwise it was perfect.Now in regards to the H2ofloss, it does everything as the Waterpik, but perhaps slightly better.Same:- Pulsating water- Button locations- Reservoir fill locationPros:- More powerful- More pressure levels- More accessories- Larger reservoir- Slightly quieter- Slightly nicer buttons- More tip rotation locations. Basically when you rotate the tip, the Waterpik’s next rotation step would be too far, while the H2ofloss has countless rotating steps.Cons:- Larger reservoir making the device slightly larger for travelling, but I don’t plan on taking it with me.- No wireless charger. You have to plug the cable in like on older Waterpiks.- It feels lighter and the plastic may be cheaper, therefore be careful not to drop it.In regards to people complaining about overheating, which is even mentioned in the manual… you’re clearly running it for way too long! (What are you doing, playing water guns with your kids?) The manual says it may overheat if you use it 5 full reservoirs at highest speed in a row, after which it requires a cool down period. I take 15 seconds to floss all my teeth at highest setting, various times a day, no problem!I probably won’t get the chance to update this review after prolonged use and hope that the unit holds the test of time, but in comparison to a Waterpik, this is at least as good if you don’t mind not having a wireless charger, yet half the price!

Tienes que cargarlo antes de usarlo, y trae varias boquillas, tiene bastante potencia, tiene como 5 niveles, yo lo pongo en el 2 y ya es mas que suficiente, no tiene el deposito de agua muy grande y si te das bastante se agota rapido per va genial, pero cuidado al encenderlo porque el agua sale disparada y lo pone todo perdido, yo opte por meteme en la ducha…
