Following these instructions was helpful, and while it wasn’t perfect on my first try, it worked fairly well given my lack of experience.One thing to note is that melting the wax took a bit longer than the instructions indicated, but once it fully melted, it was smooth and easy to work with. The wax itself heats evenly, and there were no issues with clumping or uneven melting, which is a huge plus. The silicone liner for the pot is a really smart touch—cleanup was significantly easier than I expected. Instead of dealing with hardened wax sticking to the pot, I could just peel the liner out, which made the whole process less of a hassle.The instructions also mention a few items that aren’t included in the kit, which would have been nice to have, but overall, the essentials are all there. The thoughtful design and attention to detail really stand out, especially for beginners like me who want something user-friendly.While I’m not going to talk about the actual waxing experience itself (because, yes, it hurts—no surprise there), it’s worth noting that the performance of the pot and wax were great. The kit is well-designed, and the extra details, like the silicone liner, make a big difference in how easy it is to use and clean up afterward.All in all, this kit is a solid choice for anyone new to waxing or looking for a convenient, at-home solution. Just be prepared for a little patience with melting the wax, and don’t expect everything in the instructions to be included in the box.

Works Perfect
This package was so lightweight I had to open and I’m appreciative of the lighter weight pot. This kit is a great starter kit. The directions are clear and easy to follow and I did not need a magnifier to read! I decided on which wax beads to use and lined the bottom of the silicone pot with the wax beads. I plugged in the pot and adjusted the dial to the highest setting. It was totally melted in 10 minutes. Then I turned the heat control back to a blue light setting to keep the wax warm while I was using.There is a learning curve to handling the hot wax on the stick. I learned to turn the stick over completely before taking to my body. The wax was easy to apply and dried faster than a lot of waxes. I believe I will buy some of the cloth strips to use with the wax in the future. It will make the removal so much easier. The wax beads were so nicely scented with essential oils.I like the easy clean up of the pot and I didn’t dump the whole bag of beads so there was little to clean up. Once again, with repeated use I will know about how much of the wax beads for the waxing I plan to do. One other thought is that this is the cutest little pink pot. I do recommend this product and it was well priced considering the 6 bags of beads included.

Everything you need to get started and it works!
I have never owned or used a waxing kit before and figured this would be a good kit to start with since it included all the necessary items. Except the pre-wax wipes mentioned in the instructions.The kit comes with extremely detailed instructions on how to use it on various areas of your body. I opted to test it on my legs first. I used some of the blue wax beads and they were melted in less than 5 minutes. I waited until it was all melted then stirred with the stick. I then applied some of the wax and pulled the wax off. I was expecting there to be something to use to pull off the wax, but there wasn’t. There was no issue removing the wax by simply pulling it off.The wax felt warm on my skin, but not at all hot. And, it cooled and dried in seconds. One thing to note is that when you are using the stick to take the wax out, you might need to twirl it a bit to avoid the wax strings that look like spider webs.The kit comes with a metal and silicone pot to melt the wax and I chose to use the silicone. This made for really easy clean up. Once the wax cooled it easily popped out of the pot, then I was able to wash it off.This is a great kit to get started with waxing at home. I definitely recommend it.

Pretty pink
The pink waxing kit arrived in a simple, white, unassuming box. It’s a great starter kit and works well.The heater doesn’t have a digital temperature display, so you’ll need to be extra cautious when adjusting the analogue thermostat, as it can be a bit imprecise. I recommend starting with a lower temperature than you think you need, testing it, and gradually increasing the heat until you reach the ideal temperature for the wax. You can mark your perfect setting with a piece of tape next to the dial for future use.
