Works well and pleasant non-irritating scent
Iâve been using the Sol de Janeiro Rio Deo Refillable Deodorant for a few weeks and love it! I’ve tried Dove and Secret non-aluminum deodorants, which did not work for over 12 hours. This one works for about 30 hours.The container says pistachio and salted caramel, but I can’t detect those notes. It’s a pleasant scent. I noticed that the darkened areas of my underarms are now noticeably lighter. There is no irritation or buildup. I appreciate that it’s aluminum-free and has a refill, so it saves a little on plastic. I like it so much that I now have the product on subscription. It’s more expensive than the two brands I mentioned, but it works well, and that’s what counts.

AMAZING SCENT & BEST DEODORANT EVERRRRR
I was very hesistant to buy a $16 deodorant but let me just say itâs worth EVERY PENNY. Most long lasting, AMAZING scent Iâve ever had on a deodorant. It stays on all day long and smells so good. Glides on and is buttery smooth, doesnât stain clothing. Itâs durable through workouts, work, and day to day life. Highly recommend, found my new must have !!!!

SMELLS SOOO GOOD for the first week or so, then can’t really tell
This seamed so transformative for about the first week. I have always struggled with really bad BO and always have to layer my deodorant. I used this with another deodorant underneath, and it was AMAZING. It felt like every time I sweated, more perfume was released and I smelled SO GOOD. I didn’t have to be ashamed of my bad BO anymore. But that only lasted for so long; now it seems like it doesn’t do ANYTHING at all. Disappointing longevity.

So, I canât use deodorants with aluminum. For years Iâve used a few different brands of aluminum free deodorants that smelled good, werenât uncomfortable, but would cause darkening of my pits bits. I tried this rio deo after searching around and gave it a shot. Within a week my dark pits have seen the light. Like magic. And no discomfort. Smells good, I like that itâs refillable. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Doesnât live up to the price tag, but smells divine
If you like long reviews, this will be the one for you.The scent of this is amazing. I had never used or smelled any products from this brand before purchasing, and I wasnât too sure if Iâd like it. I do consider this scent to be long lasting. Currently, Iâve had it on for over 12 hours and I can still smell it. Itâs not going to be strong enough to act as a perfume for the day, but it might interfere with the scent of your perfume for an hour or two after application if you have on a tank top or dress. To those who hate fragrance, this is NOT the product youâre looking for.The consistency is interesting – kind of like a thick hair pomade. I was expecting it to be slick (think Kopari, Dove Zero Aluminum or the Old Spice blue gel deodorants) due to the coconut oil. I was pleased to find it wasnât. I was not pleased at all with coconut oil being an ingredient due to its comedogenic properties. However, I have not had any issues yet. I see a lot of people mentioning only needing to use a tiny bit. This is not the case for me. I probably use 5 light swipes of this stuff under each arm in order to get adequate protection. Keep in mind, though, that I struggle with most deodorants. If itâs usually smooth sailing for you, you could probably use less.I donât find that this lasts all day. Sometimes it will last through a workout, and sometimes it wonât (more often not). There has never been a day Iâve worn this where Iâve truly smelled bad, though. Thatâs more than I can say for most aluminum-free deodorants I have tried. Overall, this is my second favorite one Iâve ever tried. In total, I believe Iâve tried around 6 aluminum free deodorants thus far.However, I wonât be repurchasing. The price for the amount of product and lacking longevity is just not reasonable – I would rather spend the money on the body spray in this scent or another one of their products. I think the price point is very high for a deodorant, and it doesnât live up to the price point.One other thing to keep in mind – this gets on EVERYTHING. I am no stranger to stick deodorants leaving white marks – itâs what they do. Iâm very careful about getting dressed/changing/when I apply the deodorant to avoid this, but it hardly helps. The white marks wash out, but itâs annoyingly more frequent than with any other deodorant Iâve worn. I also experience a lot of pilling with this deodorant, but maybe thatâs just solely because Iâm applying more than they recommend.

i love this stuff! it goes on really smooth and it doesn’t leave like a white smear. i got the 62 one and it doesn’t really smell like the spray, but it still smells pretty good. it kinda smells like a cookie haahhaa

After going through treatment for breast cancer, I was looking for a natural deodorant that would hold up all day, and I went through a bunch, but this one actually works for me. Controls my stink and I love the fragrance. I donât love the idea of the replacement and I find when I do use replacement that it tends to slip out which is a pain in the butt.

Smells so good (but doesnât last)
This deodorant smells just like the pink version of the perfume; exactly! To a T! If youâre unfamiliar with what the perfume smells like, it smells like sweet candy. I love the scent of this deodorant so much but it does NOT last and I sweat thru it quite easily. If youâre getting it just for the scent, this is for you but if you out it on before the gym you will sweat it right off. I donât mind reapplying, but I wonât wear it to work. If youâve used the brand natural deodorant brand Native I can tell you that Native lasts a lot longer â so if Native doesnât work for you, this definitely wonât. But like I said, itâs all about the scent! I use it when I know Iâm not going to do much on a weekend. And i love that they donât use baking soda as an ingredient.

Bei dem Preis hab ich happig hin und her überlegt.Und keine Sekunde bereut!Richtig richtig toller Duft, hält lange und zuverlässig an und kein Schweiss.Ich hatte hormonell furchtbare SchweiÃprobleme und bin nur noch halbwegs hin gekommen mit Kombinationen aus medizinischen Deos (z.b HydroFugal Deo Roller) und synthetischen.Hier habe ich einfach beides in einem.Ãhnlich wie beim wieder befüllbaren ‘Wild Deo’, einfach hochdrehen und nutzen.Das Neue und anfangs ungewohnte ist der Zusatzschritt der Doppelkappe zum Aufdrehen. Stört mich inzwischen gar nicht mehr.Fühlt sich auf der Haut sehr weich und toll an und der Duft von nicht zu aufdringlichem Vanille, Kokos und irgendwie Mandelduft machen für mich voll was her.Nutze die anderen seit her gar nicht mehr und werde definitiv dabei bleiben!
