This is a beautiful pure rose scent. Long lasting
I think this product will work out as the scent is roses. It does not come through when there are other fragrance notes so I am pleased with this and hope I find it as long lasting as they advertise.I had more time to try it and can say that it is a beautiful rose scent and I get whiffs of it throughout the day.

Strong rose scent that doesn’t last
I use this to layer a perfume oil. It layers well, but neither the oil or the balm last long. That can be great for a date night. The Rose balm, for me, was very strong and smelled like old cosmetic products and powders I used to play in at my grandmas house. Younger people will not have that association.

A little goes a long way, so give your dab time to warm on your skin before deciding to put more on. This can be strong or mild, depending on how much you put on. It is not sharp scented, not lumpy. It hasn’t caused any problems with my eczema.

Smells very heavy, not as âpureâ as expected.
Iâm a bit of a rose fragrance fanatic. I own a lot of different roses perfumes, some on quite the higher end. This solid perfume smelled really promising before I opened it. It came sealed in a cute pink package. I tried it on my wrist and immediately realize this fragrance is not for me. In my opinion, this particular rose fragrance smells a little more powdery and smoky then I prefer. (my preference is a cleaner more pure rose smell, that you would get from an actual rose and immediately trigger to think of the actual flower.) In this case, I donât get that immediate thought of a pure rose but instead, the fragrance is more mature. I find that the fragrance of the rose fades almost immediately, leaving you with a very deep powder-like scent. Think : the die down of Coco Chanel number five. I think, calling this a rose perfume is a disservice. The die down is extremely stuffy and heavy. On the other hand, if you like more mature fragrances, this would likely appeal to you. Definitely not some thing I envision a 30-50 year old woman wearing. Personally, in my opinion, calling this, a rose perfume is a far cry from an actual elevated rose fragrance. I do not recommend this product if you enjoy the scent of roses.

Delicate, vintage-esque scent
I found the scent on this perfume to be very pleasantâit has a kind of vintage atmosphere to it. It reminds me of laying in the summer sun with my grandma, sipping lemonade while the roses around us begin to droop a bit in the heat.The scent is very strong for the first hour or two, but I stop noticing it after awhile. It doesn’t really smell like real roses to me, but I appreciate the scent nonetheless.Application is easy and the texture is pleasantâit almost has a texture and feel of chapstick.Easy does it with this little tinâa little goes a long way, so I have a feeling this tin will last me a long, long time, despite being tiny and portable!

Simple rose with good throw–small but mighty!
I’ve been experimenting with small-batch perfumes lately, and this is my first solid perfume. Rose can be a divisive scent, but if you love rose, I think this one smells very realistic. To my nose, rose can sometimes veer into warm garbage territory, but this one smells true to the flower, like sticking my nose in a velvety bloom. It has very good throw and a strong scent–a little goes a very long way. The tin is tiny, but I expect it to last ages because you need so little at a time. It’s small enough to throw in a purse, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you live somewhere warm. Mine arrived a little melty from the hot mail box, but re-solidifed very nicely. All in all, a nice solid perfume for true rose lovers.

Small, but Powerful
This tin comes packaged in a safety sealed bag.The tin is small, but the balm inside is strongly scented and a little goes a long way.The balm I received was slightly weepy on the top, but after I wiped away the liquid drops, they did not return. The scent is pleasant and does smell like roses. I feel like the scent wears off of the skin after a couple hours…but it could just be that I get used to it and can’t smell it anymore after a while.The tin it small enough to throw in a bag….or even a pocket. The top screws on, so it likely won’t open accidentally. This should be kept out of hot environments though, or it will melt.This is made in the USA.
