My holy Grail
Iâve only used this for about four months but my face just loves it. The serum creates a velvety finish, it moisturizes my face, it creates an even texture over my whole face, diminishes fine lines and softens age spots so yeah I use it every day. I havenât started using it twice a day yet but I might because it really works well for me and I have mature very sensitive and dry skin plus I get compliments on my complexion all the time, so much so that Iâm really Delightfully surprised. I hope they never change the formulation because for me itâs perfect, thank you LâOreal!

I am a 31 year old female with combination, acne prone skin with some dark spots from sun/acne. I have been using the Vitamin C serum for a few weeks now and thought it was time to write a review. First off, the design and packaging of the tube is fantastic because it successfully keeps out light and air which will cause Vit C to go bad. Makes you wonder why all the other Vitamin C products are in glass bottles? Anyway – the price is right too. You have to be careful not to squeeze out too much of the product when you first open it (I just don’t want to waste any of it)!The application is great – it is a gel/lotion consistency and goes on the skin very smooth/silky and absorbs quickly. It does not leave a residue. It feels very moisturizing and sometimes I will skip my moisturizer because my skin feels hydrated enough with this product.FYI I apply this product in the following order of my skincare routine – FIRST I wash my face with cleanser, 2nd – apply toner, THEN I apply this Vitamin C, and LAST moisturizer.This product can be applied morning and night but I find myself religiously applying it during my night-time skincare routine before bed. If you apply it in the AM, I’ve heard you should also be sure to apply SPF after.So far, this product is working for me. My face feels smoother, appears clearer, and my acne spots are fading away / almost disappeared after a few uses. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to up their skincare routine with Vitamin C!

Not as good as store purchase
Like others, the tube was smashed up pretty badly. Wish I could find exp date – seems old. Plus, not getting results I was getting from one I purchased in a store. Wouldn’t buy here again.

It looks like someone opened up the sealed end of the product used its contents for themselves and then filled the tube with something else to resell. Totally disgusting and possibly criminal. Who knows what that could be and what it could do to my face! Shameful! I only gave 1 star because I had to. Should be NO stars!

I donât think I can speak to efficacy, as the benefits of most cosmeceuticals happen slowly over time. But of several formulas Iâve tried, i enjoy this one the most. Itâs easy to apply, feels nice in the skin.. not irritating and the application hole is super tiny so the product did not oxidize (or does so much less) at the tip like other creams, and does not get exposed to air like a dropper bottle. Accurate dispensing, no waste, feels nice. You can feel the tiniest bit of grit sometimes on application but it disappears very quickly. Reordering right now.

I used this vitamin c syrum once before and it is sooooo amazing. trust me with little drops on face, it just gives nice glow.But when I ordered this item from Amazon, no matter how much I apply on the skin it still does not give that glow. It is clearly a duplicate product. I have a friend who works in parlour. I told him about this. He said most of the expensive skincare products on amazon are fake. Since he works in parlour, he has all knowledge about loreal and similar products and he gets his items directly from some kind of distributor. So now I know, never buy expensive skincare products from amazon.
