Actually works!
I was on the fence about this purchase for a couple years. With purchased reviews messing up ratings all over Amazon, I was skeptical. Would this work? Really? For the price, I’d be very upset if it didn’t. Anyhoo, after lots of research and waffling, I went for it.At first, it’s kind of a pain because you have to use it so frequently, but it eases up pretty quickly. The worst part for me was having to shave before use because I have SUPER SENSITIVE skin. When having to use it several times a week, I was having to shave every other day which is pretty painful for me…. hence wanting a better hair removal solution.After the first few weeks, I was able to use it once a week. I immediately noticed that my hair growth had slowed a good bit. At this point, I only have to shave like once every 10ish days! And I’d be lying if I said I was using this religiously…. I have young kids, my husband works nights so I’m flying solo with them in the evenings and I work 45-60 hrs/wk at a physically taxing job, so I have very little “me time” and what I do have of that I enjoy spacing out on a video game or crocheting. Even so! I am having great results! (Very light skin with light brown hair)The device itself is larger/bulkier than I expected, but I’ve never used/seen one of these up close so I have no means of comparison. The buttons work well… though I do recommend using the “glide” function… the main button is fairly click-y and I could see it getting stuck or popping off with extended use. The “sapphire ice”( or whatever it’s called) works like a dream! The only time I feel anything is in ultra sensitive areas featuring coarser and darker hair. The literal only thing I wish was different is that the light shines through the air vents and the seams around the device. I wish this was shielded better.Again, I have super sensitive skin, and if I slap some moisturizer on my skin when I’m done, there is no pain and no irritation.Truly, I love this product and highly recommend it. It is money well spent.

Excellent Upgraded IPL Device
This is my third IPL device. My first IPL was approximately $69 from Amazon and it was another brand. It was not powerful and did become hot quickly. I have a lot of hair on my face and body that I would like to remove at home. I noticed the Ulike on Amazon and what caught my eye was the Cooling feature and the higher joules power. Because my hair growth is stubborn and due to hormonal imbalance I really need a heavy duty device. The Ulike 10 feels much higher quality compared to the other brand. It has a built in fan and it has a long cord which plugs in. Iâve mainly been using it on my face (upper lip, chin, neck, cheeks) which is my first priority of hair removal. Iâve used it about 8 times on high – auto flash settings. If you use it too long it may stop flashing. You can turn it off, unplug it, hold the power button down for 10 second and that will reset it and it will flash again. My hair growth seems less and not as dark. Definitely a quality product! Great customer service also.

Iâm absolutely thrilled with the results after using the Ulike Air 10 IPL for about 5 weeks. It works wonderfully on coarse hair, including menâs hair, and the hair growth has slowed down significantly. Iâve used it on my face below the cheekbones, arms, armpits, legs, bikini area, and even my backside, and the results are amazing everywhere! Itâs not painful as long as you shave well before using it. Itâs really easy to use, isnât loud at all, the cooling feature is awesome it truly makes a difference. Totally worth it!!!!!! It has various settings, I started in the fast mode and move my way up to high! Is lightweight, easy to manipulate, it has an automatic function so you donât have to presss the bottom every time!The aloe vera gel they provide is also fantasticâit really helps soothe the skin after treatment. The customer service is exceptional too; they emailed me personally to ask about my satisfaction and if everything arrived okay. So a few years back I took a laser aesthetician course.We learned that rhe first device used for hair removal was IPL then lasers were introduced because it had faster results with less sessions.Now I remember a student asking about if the IPL at home devices worked, and the teacher was very quick to see this was a scam and they don’t work.NOW, as someone who did have laser treatments done previously under my arms, and bikini line, Yes it did slow the hair growth, but you are also paying close to 400 dollars everytime to get through bikini and underarms done. (Depdening on where you go pricing can vary)After 5 sessions I realized I just couldn’t afford this every 6 weeksAs time went on I was also getting sick and tired of dealing with hair on my neck and face. As a indian girly this has been a life long struggle and iv literally been doing any form of hair removal since I was 14.I started seeing ads for the ulike and I went into a deep dive. It’s a real IPL light. And what I learned in school is IPL DOES REMOVE HAIR. It takes more sessions yes, and might be a slower process but it does in fact work.So I guess when the teachers of these medical laser programs say its a scam, it’s because they want their students to tell this to clients. I have been using this product for about 6 weeks and have made very good progress on areas that I wanted to rid of hair. Unfortunately my device stopped working properly, and would not flash so I contacted ulike support and within like 2 days they sent me a new device. Excellent customer service. I am now using my new device with no issues yet. I do recommend the ULike Air 10.

I have always had very thick n strong hair and after using it 5 times i can without any doubts see the difference already it reduce its thickness and i seem to have less on my leg and my hair is light brown/blonde and for people who says otherwise, it does works on ma leg tattoos and hurts little bit so does not detecte it and prevents it from pulsing on tattoos! Love it and worth the price

I bought this during a prime day sale. I have been using this every other day for 5 weeks now on my under arms and bikini line⦠have not had any reduction in hair. My skin is fair and my hair is brown so according to the chart it should work. Very disappointed, and unfortunately to âsee resultsâ you have to keep using beyond the return period. I wish I could return this product as it was a waste of money.
