Well, my Aventus came in 1 day late from Amazon and that had me really worried. When it did arrive, there was no damage at all, but how Amazon packaged it, I am surprised that it didnât arrive damaged! I donât want to pretend I know what Iâm talking about colognes because I donât. But I do know this. Itâs nothing Iâve ever smelled before. And for me, the scent lasts pretty long. My son seems to be taking over the Aventus. And from now on, Iâm either going directly to The House of Creed or on their website. Looking forward to my next purchase of Creed.After I purchased Creed Aventus, I contacted Creed through their website to find out how I could tell itâs authentic. She sent me a link to their only authorized Amazon retailer which sent me directly to here. Hope that gives some peace of mind. One more important information. Purchasing from their website, they will also include a couple of samplers of other scents with your purchase. There will be a list of what you can choose. Hope this helps as well.

Scent wad not what I expected.
I decided to treat myself to a different cologne, and I had read so many good things about this scent. Well, it is a nice scent, but not what I excepted. It smells pretty much like Mont Blanc Explore. It also does not last all day, and that is 3-4 sprays around my body. I was not to impressed especially with the price, since most colognes that I purchase are a third of what this cost. I recommend you go to one of the department stores and try out a sample, before dropping $400.00.
