Easy to Rinse Clean
I originally bought these coconut husk scrubbers from a Whole Foods grocery store and have been trying to recall the brand name because they’re the best natural fiber scrubbers I’ve found. The weave is more open (less dense) than the majority of natural fiber scrubber pads, and being more open makes them much, much easier to rinse clean which makes them more cleanable thereby increasing their useful life. The only thing I had trouble rinsing out was a large amount of melted cheese, but other than that, we re-use the same pad for several weeks, often cutting them in half or in thirds before use. They’re also fantastic for cleaning potatoes, carrots, and other vegetables since you can wrap the scrubber around the item and easily scrub it no matter the size or shape, it confirms to the vegetable size and shape.
