I bought the shampoo and conditioner. This product is fantastic and reduced my frizz by at least 90%! I am so happy and recommend this product. My hair is baby fine and I have spent a fortune trying to find something that would help me. Great shampoo but needs help in delivery
The shampoo is a great shampoo. I enjoy OGX products. I do enjoy the scent of the shampoo and it is a good thing!The packages smell from the spillage! Carpet too. First time I ordered no problem. Second time I ordered, the bottle was put in with other items in a flimsy bubble wrap envelope. The cap had broke in transit and spilled most of the contents into the envelope. Amazon was fair and gave refund.I took a risk and ordered it again. Today was the third time I have ordered. Thankfully it was delivered in a box again. The only thing, this product didn’t have a gripper seal and there was a small amount of spillage. No real big problem. I have seen a lot of care in packaging for just about any other product delivered by Amazon – even to a excessive extent. PLEASE if you could just put a gripper seal and make sure the bottle is delivered in a box. I can’t get the product locally. I would appreciate more care in packaging for delivery.

Thanks to the sulfate-free formula, itâs also gentle on the scalp, which is a plus.However, even with consistent use, I didnât notice a significant improvement in the overall thickness or body of my hair. Itâs an average shampoo that works fine but doesnât quite live up to the hype.
